Dan is a man. Dan the Man is my friend. My friend Dan the Man like pizza. A lot. Dan the Man can eat pizza five days a week and still be down for pizza the day after. Nine times out of ten it's Bruno's. And eight times out of ten I eat it with him. We get a 16". Expensive enough to shame your daddy, but good enough to make you slap your mama to get it. This Bruno's. Friend Dan the Man's Bruno's. In fact, his Bruno's knows him by name (just Dan G** though). And see, I always thought Dan the Man just loved Bruno's. But you see, the Man Dan likes to pick up his Bruno's. Do they offer delivery, you may ask? Most definitely. As well as online or over the phone ordering, which are both super easy. So why would Dan the Man like to pick up his delicious Bruno's pizza? Because I don't think it's just the pizza Dan likes. I went with him one time, and low and behold! Bruno's is staffed with a most efficient, energetic, and helpful staff. And apparently My Friend Dan the Man has a little bit of a thing for one of the darlin's that work their. But as young people often do, he hasn't brought himself to mentioning it to her. So apparently right now he is just settling for brief moments while picking up his pie, and then taking it back home to enjoy, with a subtle comment here or there about the "cute girl with the pretty smile" at his Bruno's. Ordered pizza tonight from what is always my go to pizza place! I knew on a Friday it would take awhile so I ordered it around 6 it said it would be about 2 hours but I was willing to wait..... This is the first time in probably 10 years I got bad pizza 🥺 After waiting so long I was given cold pizza and it wasn't only cold it wasn't the typical loaded toppings and extra cheese I ordered. When I called I was told there was only 2 drivers so the pizzas were being made and then given in bulk to the drivers and they were keeping their heat on to try to keep pizzas warm but that it usually doesn't work!!! And she would give me a $5 credit towards my next pizza. Honestly I didnt know what to say so I just got off the phone. This is not the customer service I have been use to.... Waiting so long was my choice but doing so I was thinking i would be given my typical service. Not a happy camper at all when you spend good money on a pizza you expect...

Horrible customer service skills. I called back to explain that an order was placed and delivered incorrectly. I was told that it was was fault and the owner specifically said that he was frustrated WITH ME due to a refund that I NEVER asked for. I was also hung up on and laughed at prior to coming to any resolution. I called back after being hung up on and he’s yelling in the background about not being available. I was yelled at and it was assumed that I wanted a refund, which I DID NOT and never asked for. I would have kindly brought it back to be made correctly. But, due to the racist assumption that I wanted a refund, I wasn’t assisted appropriately. I will NEVER order from such a racist and inhuman owner. Some customer service training would go far. I was told that if my kids weren’t so loud, maybe I would have heard him. This was such a disgraceful encounter. PLEASE...
