Gail the manager at this location is phenomenal!!
I was having issues with my app taking payment off my GIFT CARD as opposed to simply scanning it to redeem rewards and pay another way, but Gail fixed it up for me! The solution is to tell the cashier before you scan anything-"I DONT want to pay on my app, I just want my points. I'd like to pay with a separate form of payment." So they click a different button on the POS. Gail threw me some rewards and was so helpful through all this!!!

When he handed me the third bag I was sure it had to be correct and left. When I got back to work I discovered it was still wrong!!! Can you not read a name on a bag? I decided to drive back which took the better part of my lunch hour to have this corrected. I was given an apology and the correct order. I then asked my meal be refunded for my inconvenience, time and gas which I was told that refunds are not given???? This is poor business. When you make a mistake you make sure the customer is happy when they walk away. Given the reviews I've looked at they have a serious problem with their drive thru orders which I find sad especially because the name is placed on your order. Maybe some remedial reading lessons...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am from out of town and donāt have a chick-fil-a near me. I decided to order some because my hotel was in the same shopping center. I got a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Yum, you would think. Wrong! My chicken sandwich had no pickles, which I did not ask for and the bun was so soggy, it stuck to my finger tips. My fries were rock hard and dark brown. They were covered with so much salt, i could not eat it. My sauce spilled all over the place in the bag, and my coke was flat. I was taken care of by Amanda at the drive through. She was nice to me, but I heard her yelling at the kids in the background. It made my heart knowing that those babies are 13-17 years old. I called the next day to express my disappointment and I got no help except āIām sorry and we will give you a refund.ā Iām not asking for a refund, just for better service...
