EggBred Soft Opening Review - A Must-Try in Fruit Cove!

I was lucky enough to stop by EggBred during their soft opening this week with a group of coworkers, and what an impressive start! Located right in the heart of Fruit Cove, the spot truly lives up to its promise of being a cozy, laid-back atmosphere. We enjoyed the fantastic Florida weather and ended up spending hours hanging out and chatting thanks to the plenty of outdoor seating—it was a perfect spot to start the workday.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is always a huge plus. The food came out surprisingly fast, especially considering how busy they were. This isn't your average quick breakfast joint; the menu features gourmet-style sandwiches and burritos with unique twists.

I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich, and the addition of the spicy jalapeño ketchup took it to the next level—it was a little twist that made a huge difference! My coworkers loved their dishes as well; we even got a to-go box for the burritos because they were so hearty.

Pro-Tip: If you order one of the chicken sandwiches, be patient, as they take a little longer to prepare, but they are absolutely huge and worth the wait!

And for all the coffee lovers: the hot and iced coffee options were delicious.
