I went here about less than 2 weeks ago. It was my 1st time, and I chose to go here because of all the great reviews online.
I did a spa gel pedicure. It was nice. It wasn't anything amazing that would make me want another one. The girl who did my pedicure was very sweet, but by the time I got home, the corner of my big toe was already peeling.
The uvgel was ehh from beginning to end. 1st, the shape was way off, and I did ask to have a few fingers filed a little more, but it just made a few of the nails off center. The work itself was so sloppy. I had gel all over my nails and on the inside, especially where my side of the nail meets the skin. It was all stuck together and hurt a lot. She cleaned my cutiles very quickly and did not even add oil or lotion or any kind of massage.
As soon as I got home, I had to use my ultra thin nail filer and remove all the gel touching the skin and peel off whatever was on my fingers. It was an extremely sloppy job.
Within 1 week, my nails were lifting in the corners, and then 2 of the nails popped off.
The women were very sweet, but the work was just not up to par. I would never go back and honestly do not recommend this place. I'm not sure if the product they used on me was old or expired, but it barely last. This is supposed to be UVgel and should last at least 3 to 4 weeks. I spent over $150 prior to tip and then gave another $20 per girl for tip for...

I was under the name Nema . Sometimes you spelled it wrong and out NeNa.
I ain't gonna lie i loved getting my nails done here but not at the expense of my dignity. I used the AI translator only to find out 3 of them sitting around were talking about me and cursing. I told the young guy I knownwhat you said and that wasn't nice. He looked at me strange and they laughed. Then every time I went back the service got worse. How do you get mad at me for catching you talking bad about me in your own language? Then punish me and make me wait hours. It will take 4 hours just for a fill in and pedi. The attitudes were nasty. I spent $300 a month woth these people which shows it wasn't about the money.
If you are brown color be aware they are talking about you and they will over charge you and diss you every chance you get.
The older Asian guy is the only one who had full respect and understood how to tall and treat a customer. The other ones especially the younger men and the younger Asian women are horrible.
Try the AI and see of im lying!
Never again will I ever go back and I encourage my ppl of color or even if you want good service don't support them. This is racist at is finest and highest....
Read moreI have visited this salon multiple times, but during my most recent visit, I was charged $93 before tip for a set of nails that I have previously received at roughly half the price at the same location. I believe that a set of acrylic French tips should not cost anywhere near $93 before tip. I specifically asked for polish but was given gel without my knowledge, resulting in an additional charge. I was also charged $15 for nail length, despite my nails not being very long (as shown in a photo) and having never been charged for length in the past when getting the same style. When I brought this up, the price for the length was reduced from $15 to $5, which shows they were trying to up charge me but this was still higher than what l had been charged before for the same service. In addition, I was charged $20 for the French tip design, whereas I have typically paid only $5 extra for this. When I asked for clarification, I received a vague explanation and felt the matter was brushed off. Overall, my experience left me feeling that pricing was inconsistent and unclear. I would advise future customers to confirm prices for each service in advance and keep track of charges to avoid unexpected costs. Sad to say I will not...
