What an outstanding experience. I will start by walking into the store, friendly faces everyone was 😊 , the place looks extremely clean , great and sat down . 5 stars to the hostess for a beautiful smile and friendly attitude. 5 stars to the waitress she promptly approached us again great us and asked if we had been here before and if we needed help with the menu, after that she informed me about happy hour and her recommendations. Always a plus! She started by our drinks and by offering an appetizer, after this We didn’t wait for EVER!!!!! For our drinks !! She took our order made all the important questions to make sure we where getting what was going to make us happy .Shorty she brought our appetizer that came in time! ( very important- we have been to numerous places where our food comes first or together with the appetizer. ( it’s called an appetizer for a reason! Between this time she walked numerous times by just eyeballing our drinks making sure we had enough ( but not disruptive at all. Next comes our meal she brought it to our table . If you have never been here when you order a seafood boiled they come in a bag . She shake the bags for us to make sure all the seasonings where evenly distributed on our shrimp 😋 open the bag placed it in front of us she continued by offering more drinks, she had brought enough napkins ,straws wipes lemons etc had to ask for nothing because she had already thought of it. After having a few tastes of our amazing sea food boil the manager Jamal (I’m sorry if I spelled it out wrong. Came to Ask how everything was if our food was good and he was around if we needed him. 🙂 Now the food it’s self! Beautiful Jumbo size 🍤 perfectly season and cooked ( some places over cooke them) the touch Of spice was perfect not to garlicky not to salty not to Spicy ,not to greasy just perfect. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. and Mrs. Crabs for the first time with a party of six (four adults and two children). From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness were evident, ensuring that our group was comfortably accommodated. This restaurant is undoubtedly well-suited for parties of all sizes.

Our table indulged in a variety of menu offerings, far too many to list here, and each dish was delivered piping hot within an impressive 15 to 20 minutes. One notable observation: the spice levels lean toward the adventurous. What they classify as mild feels closer to medium, medium has quite a kick, and hot is unmistakably fiery. If you’re sensitive to spice, I strongly recommend opting for no spice at all.

Our server, Megan, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and instrumental in making our experience seamless. Additionally, the manager and owners elevated the experience by stopping by our table multiple times to ensure everything met our expectations. Their genuine interest in our satisfaction, particularly as first-time guests, did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated.

The ambiance of Mr. and Mrs. Crabs is equally impressive. The decor reflects a remarkable attention to detail, with custom-embroidered booths and their signature branded disposable gloves—a whimsical touch I found particularly charming. The addition of a jukebox and a bar area contributes to the lively yet inviting atmosphere, making it an excellent spot for both families and groups of friends.

I just wanted to say I am a regular here since 2020 & tonight for the very first time I felt very unwelcome here which is unusual. When I got here I asked the host in the front that sat us with short dark black hair, no stickers on face (she must be new because I’m usually treated very nicely here by the previous hosts) if I could sit towards the front because she gave me and my partner a seat towards the back isolated and she said with a condescending tone “no, sorry I cannot sit you anywhere else and walked off” i then proceeded and said okay. I then saw the tables I asked of were empty and not reserved and she actually sat someone at one of the tables I asked to move at. Thankfully our kind server Omar or omary who came to us when I asked to move he kindly moved us no problem and the service from him and food was 10/10 outstanding. Everything went well throughout the meal as always. At the end as me and partner were walking out the same host also did not say goodnight back or make us feel welcome again. Hopefully she fixes her attitude because this is unfair to this amazing place that has amazing food and usually amazing service!
