I usually go to this location because it is the closest one to my house, I am the type of person who never really complains about food or this type of services because I work in the industry and I understand the amount of pressure that the employees are experiencing aswell management! But this is the time when I had enough! As I said before I continue going to this location because it is very close to where I live, every time I go I always order drive thru and at first it never occurred to me to double check my bag once it is given to me, my the time I get home!! There was always a missing item, such as food side, straws or sauces. I didn't make a big deal and continued going to this location feeling bad for the employees because how hard they have to work. As I continued to go to this location my experience only gotten worst and worst. The last time I was there I order my food as usual drive thru and they asked me to park at the front because there was a small wait for an item I wanted and togo employee told me it was going to be a 4 to 5 minutes wait! Not a big deal I said! Went and park and the had me waiting for 28 minutes. I was getting so angry and I try to keep it calm, i was about to get off my car and go inside the store and a young girl came out with my order, so honestly I smile and said thank you to her because I understand it is not her fault, move along and went home and try to enjoy my dinner, I opened the plate and my food was ice cold...... so angry and I still did not call or came back to complain. Silly me thinking that this last experience was going to be different on 02/15/20 at 9.30 pm I went and did my exact same routine! Young girl at the Togo side are said to me again, it will be 4to 5 min wait which I responded, you know thats funny because you guys told me the same thing last time an I waited half in hour!! I tried being very polite I swear! She responded to me!! I am sorry about that sir! I guarantee you it will not be more than 5 min wait.. not half in hour at all!! She responded very confident so I said!!ok cool. Guess what!! Here I was waiting at the parking ot for 25 minutes again!!!,while the girl was coming out to to deliver the food for the other customers waiting she was being treated so disrespectful by the other customers getting yelled at and making sarcastic comments!! I promise I did not do that but I can honestly say I was very angry!! When she delivered my food I still gave her a smile and thank her because I felt bad of seeing how angry customers were talking to her outside! When i got home!!!! It was another story! I phoned my plate and OMG god have mercy the food was ice cold and the broco looked like someone chewed it. Throw it up and put it in my plate bag it and gave it to me!!! I did take several photos so that i can show it to management and proof to the what I and saying is legit! I couldn't even eat my food. So I was parked outside for almost half in hour for the second time this time I did pay attention and saw!!! 4 employees on the line, 2 managers and 1 togo person!!! Read moreThis is one of the worst Panda Express restaurants in the area. I used to go to Panda more often because it was quick and cheap. And, they were generous with food. (Being generous with food is one of the most important virtues of a human being in Asian culture.) Over the years, however, the portion size has been steadily decreasing in many places.
Even with that standard, this place really stands out. They serve less than half of what other Panda restaurants serve. Seriously.
I just went there. And, this server puts a small portion of rice on a plate and spreads it thin so that it covers the plate (likely, with the intention to hide the fact that they serve such a small amount of food.) I cannot make up a story like.this. Not just small amount of food. It's absolutely disgusting doing that with food. She does the same thing with the two entree dishes. Put a small portion on the plate and spreads them to cover a larger area than it normally would have. Are you really effing kidding me? I just laughed looking at her doing that.
At first, I thought it was because they came from a poor country, and did not know how to serve proper food. But, later I realized that they were probably stealing from their employer. With the (roughly) same budget and (roughly) same amount of money they collect from the customers, they only spend half the amount of money on food (compared to other PE restaurants). Where does the rest of the money go? I am not sure if the owner sees this forum, but they are stealing from you twice. I'm not going back to this place, and hence you lose once by losing customers. I respectfully asked for the sever to put gloves on to handle my food and her response was “we don’t have to wear gloves!” I respectfully asked her again, to do it because “I don’t know where her hands been” so she goes around the corner and put the gloves on and she’s talking to other coworker and then one comes over to serve me and I asked her to put gloves on and her stupid remarks was “it’s in our policy that we don’t have to wear gloves because they constantly wash their hands!” I responded and let her know “IDGAF what your policy says, I don’t see you washing your hands or know where your hands been!” Eventually my husband had to pull me away after going bk and forth with 3 employees. The audacity to look and talk about it amongst others and looking at me like I’m the crazy person was beyond me. So be careful going here cuz they lack professionalism when a customer asks nicely to put their gloves on for my own safety. And if you’re working serving food you should wear proper gloves even if the customer is asking you to do it for their piece of mind. That’s a safety issue and Panda is a franchise and I’m sure if the hire ups know that these ppl working for them lack professionalism it’s terrible and very sad to be quite franks.
