I visit this park often. This park is usually immaculate and the garbage cans are provided around the entire premises so littering is not cool. And if there were some debris around, I've witnessed many park-goers who have picked up the garbage and disposed of it properly. I love environmentally conscious people! Even after any games (mostly soccer), everyone pretty much picks up after themselves, you wouldn't even know that a game just happened! The restrooms are for the most part clean, however there have been many times I see a stall totally trashed and that's a shame because somebody has to clean up afterwards...that means a county worker. Read moreIt's a great park lots to do except the homeless sometim sit and smoke hang out gives the park a bad image to make plans with the family n friends to spend a day at the park something everyone does but arriving all you see is homeless people some are drunk or reak of alcohol and shopping carts with piles and piles of thrash blocking the entrance at times one person dragging two carts takes away the purpose of a family park and the state is doing nothing about it the park has no maintenance no one enforcing the rules kids get to see these people live the way they do at the park and grow up thinking it's an option...
Read moreWhile it is slightly run down, the park itself is great to go to with one one huge exception. It is overrun with homeless people. Tbf, they did not bother me or my grandson, however two homeless individuals almost got into a fight, ironically, because of one talking to my grandson ( he was ignoring him and I was watching like a hawk) the other felt he had to 'correct' the other person. While it was unnecessary, I did say thank you to the one for standing up for my grandson, so to speak. Other than that, as I said, the equipment is slightly run down.
