I dont like giving negative reviews but this was one of the worst dining out experiences I have ever had. We walk in and are told we have to wait 20 minutes. Ok, I ask why half the restaurant isn't being used. I'm told they didn't want to open that side. So we wait, an elderly couple is heading for the door and their to go box slips out of his hands. There are 3 staff members standing there watching this old man, about 75 years old, bending over to clean the floor. The staff hand him a trash can but do nothing to help. My son and I help him out as the 3 staff members watch us. Done with that, the old man asks that they mop the floor because it will be slick. Nobody moves... After 20 minutes, we are seated and wait and wait and wait. There are 5 staff members at the bar talking and laughing as we wait and wait. Finally one comes over and asks for our drink order and we wait and wait as she is again at the bar joking it up with her co workers. 10 minutes or so and we get our drinks and say we are ready to order. She says ok, just a minute and comes back with some rolls then takes out order. While waiting for soup and salad, we all finish our drinks and the rolls and wait and wait. Yep, she is at the bar again talking and laughing as we are trying to get her attention for more water. She looks directly at us, smiles and turns so her back is to us and cant see us. Almost 40 minutes later she comes over with water refills for us and says the food is almost ready. We came into the restaurant at 6PM and it's now 7:25. Another 10 minutes go by and she brings more rolls and finally dinner right after that. We are all famished so eat pretty quickly and look for our waitress for more water. Giving up on that lost cause, we finally stop a co worker of hers and ask for some water. Nope, can't catch a break. He says he will find out waitress and he is off. I guess he couldn't find her because we get another co workers attention and ask them for water. After we get water, we ask for our check and are told they will have to find out waitress. Good luck with that. It is now 8:20 and we are waiting on our check. It come pretty quick then we wait for 15 minutes while our waitress has my card. We were all tired and just wanted to go home. Food was less then acceptable, service was the worst that I have ever seen. I would recommend that everyone stay away from...

We were greeted by the bartender, Ali. She was also our server today. The manger seated us and got us sat. We shared a sweet moment about Hello Kitty. I thought it was great of her to take her time to chat with us.
Ali got our biscuits out to us and took our drink orders. We knew what we wanted since we checked out the online menu. They started some fabulous daily specials! My husband and I both ordered the Monday special. The Monday special is lobster and shrimp scampi for 20 bucks! Helll ya!
We started our meal with a ceaser salad and a cup of clam chowder. Both were great! The soup was hot and tasty! The salad was fresh and nicely dressed, topped with pieces of parm cheese. Our meals came out shortly. Talk about a great lunch! You get 14 pieces of shrimp scampi and a decent sized lobster tail. The shrimp was buttery and salty. The lobster was cooked perfectly! Add some butter and lemon to that bite and it was fantastic! 20 bucks for a lobster/shrimp lunch is great.
The only crappy part of this dining experience was the service. I feel like Ali was just there to do her job, no interaction besides "what brings you in today". I noticed she had my husband's soup and salad in her hands. She decided to stop and converse with her co workers at the computers for a minute. I don't mind you kicking it with your co workers but don't be talking over my husband's food. I think it's gross to potentially have your spit on my husband's food. She checked up on us a couple times. Gave us our bill and didn't offer us a box until we were all cashed out. She had me cashed out before I was even asked if I wanted a box. Makes you feel like she was more concerned about the tip than making sure we were taken care of. She didn't leave a good taste in my mouth.
I look forward coming to Red Lobster in the future since they have come out with these dope daily specials. Hopefully service in the future will be better than...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei waited in my opinion for about 10 minutes standing at the side of the bar as instructed by the hostess up front. 10 minutes in a restaurant that looked in my opinion again to be maybe 20%/25% occupied. As I stood waiting, my thoughts about how not full the restaurant was. There was no one sitting at the bar. Hell! There wasn't even a bartender. There was one table of four sitting just behind me. There were what looked to be 2 hostesses up front standing and talking to one another. I didn't recall seeing either one alert anyone that I was there to simply pick up my online order. In front of me just to my right, there were what looked like 3 wait staff laughing and talking as this one young man hurriedly walked past and through the swinging doors into the kitchen. He then rushed back out with a 3 top plated dinner. After delivering the food, checking on two other tables.. He then came to ask how he could help me. He confirmed my name and and to retrieve my order. Another 5 minutes or so passed before he returned. He was very polite and efficient. As he was going over everything in my to go bag..."Uh oh.. Something's wrong.. What is it??!!" I asked š® .. He turned to me and quickly says, "They forgot the stuffed mushrooms. It's a good thing I checked." Another 10 minutes waiting for them to cook up another order since they gave my mushrooms to one of the other customer's st one of the 8 tables that had customers. š
