Last night my two children and I decided to go grab a late night pizza. The young lady who took my order. She saw that she did her job as I seen the pizza coming out. I had a lot of top cheese on top well understanding that you know if the cheese is still really white, you might wanna go a little longer to make sure it’s cooked at the bottom. I didn’t say any of this I just said nicely and respectfully hey do you mind if I can just get it a little more caramelize on the top And the young ladies’s attitude who was taken out, the pizza was just beyond disrespectful her face curled up like she had a problem with me, asking to Cook the pizza a little longer that’s her job. There was nobody in line and she wasn’t busy at all. She had time to sit and be on her phone, but it seemed like she had a problem when I asked her to do her job. This is so unacceptable. I wasn’t rude and to me her attitude was just poor. I’m not gonna say her name she know who she is she was working Monday night closing cutting the pizzas you need to be better. Customer service is 90% of what we do and I don’t need to see that you got a problem with me asking a question you can leave that for the back of the house and being on your phone in front of the house His unprofessional and Unsanitary I hope next time the customer service will be much better. The pizza was amazing.Last night, my two children and I decided to have a late-night pizza. The young woman who took my order acknowledged her duties as I observed the pizza being prepared. I had requested a significant amount of melted cheese, fully aware that if the cheese remained white, it would be advisable to extend the cooking time to ensure thorough doneness. Despite my request, the young woman’s attitude was noticeably disrespectful. Her face contorted in apparent displeasure, she inquired about extending the cooking time, which was clearly her responsibility. Notably, there were no other customers in line, and she had ample time to sit and use her phone. However, it seemed that she was troubled by my request to fulfill her job duties. This behavior is unacceptable. I did not intend to be rude, and her attitude was simply poor. I will refrain from naming her, as she is familiar with her identity. She was working on Monday night, preparing and cutting pizzas. It is imperative that she improve her professional conduct. Customer service is a crucial aspect of our business, and I do not require an explanation for her discomfort with my question. Such matters should be addressed internally. Her unprofessional and unsanitary behavior is unacceptable. I hope that in the future, the customer service will be significantly enhanced. The pizza was...
Read moreUPDATE: So this is what happens when the owner is not there overseeing his employees and cooking pizzas. The staff is completely incompetent in cooking a Gluten Free pizza. They burnt the heck out of the first Gluten Free pizza (see photos of the First Pizza and the slices) so my daughter had to drive back all they way back and have it remade...thinking it would be cooked perfectly like all the times before this day..we were dead wrong. We got home and the second pizza was more burnt than the first (see photos of the Second Pizza and the slices). I have included a picture of the receipt detailing the pizza and toppings of what I ordered. SO NOW, I have an uneditable, burnt pizza..and they have my money. Two trips to Mod's and they can't get it right..I am so disappointed. What a waste of time and money on my end. It is completely unacceptable and I'm astonished at how downhill my experience went from the other times I've gotten the exact same pizza there. Mod's you need to fix this!
If you haven't given MOD's a shot, you are missing out! The team behind the counter worked cohesively and are friendly. The restaurant was busy but the employees seemed calm and didn't rush us.They have gluten free, cauliflower, thin or thick crust. They have 30 toppings to choose from, so they can cater to everyone's tastes and allergies. If you go in, it might be a little bit of a wait if it is busy because they make your pizza right there in front of you. That wait is worth it though because they have delicious pizza, and the price point is on par. I highly recommend giving MOD's a try, they will become one of your new favorite...
Read moreI saw this place in passing by before, but I decided to give them a try after my boss told me about her kid's ordering pizza from here & wanted to put so much topping, that it was so heavy. I didn't really understand what she meant, but I went because she also said they have good cauliflower crust. I have one at the house who needs gluten free, so I decided to go there. At first I had to study the menu a lil bit, but the menu is actually quite simple. You have regular (thinner in crust), thicker crust, cauliflower, gluten free (the last two you have 'extra charge' up, from the 'MOD' pizza, their original/regular crust. Then once you like the "set" to start your order, then you can modify by adding whatever extra topping you'd like to add, no extra charge. My favorite is the Dominic [White sauce, asiago, fresh chopped basil, red onion, sliced tomatoes, mild sausage] on Cauliflower crust, then I add arthichokes & grilled red pepper. Yum ... If you want to add extra sauce AFTER pizza was done being baked, you can. Yup, they got this right 👍🏻. I like the Cauliflower crust better compared to GF (have a doughy feel on the crust). Ok, now go find...
