Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

As I'm reading the reviews, I see this isn't the first time employees are yelled at here. My boyfriend and I went to buy food, I waited in the car and I happen to see a blonde girl walk out in tears and she walked to Wienerschnitzel. My boyfriend told me that a bald guy employee yelled at the blonde girl for no reason. A young man asked about our food and why it was taking long. The bald guy yelled at the girl stating she was on him about ticket times. Obviously, she was doing her job, the young man with glasses defended her stating, he was the one that was asking. I really hope the blonde girl is ok. I hope she quit; she deserves better. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. This will be the last time we will be coming to this...

Look, this should be 5 stars, the food is incredible I'm actually addicted to the steak bowl. Like I think about it so often but HOLY CRAP WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG TO GET MY FOOD. I've been here at least 5 times now and I think the quickest I got out was like 30 minutes. I laugh because one of their marketing points is that they have the fastest curbside ever... like bro there's no way. Still, food is incredible but man that wait sucks

Edit: Since my last post I've gone to this restaurant ATLEAST 6 more times and twice I've had an order wrecked. I asked for no veggies once and got them anyways, and today the brown rice I ordered in my large bowl was ROCK HARD. If I'm paying almost 20 bucks for the bowl you gotta get the rice...
