Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Converse

The food is great and I have never had an issue with delivery but carry out is another story. I've only done carry out once before and it was also an issue. First time I stood in the front desk for about 10 minutes while I watched workers walk back and forth, past me, and ignore me. The manager had to come over go assist me. The second time just happened not even 5 minutes ago. I walk in and the same manager just finished up with a customer and pulled that customer aside to give them their order. The young man behind her walked up to the register and I was expecting him to call me over. Nothing. He made eye contact with me. Smiled but said nothing and just stood there and eventually walked away. Another man that was putting the pizza into boxes and cutting them, walked over to me and finally assisted me. My order wasnt ready yet so I sat down and waited for about 15 minutes when the man started it was almost ready. Once again it wasnt until the manager approached me and asked me for my name for the order. She goes back and the guy making the wings states it's not ready yet. Wait another 5 minutes and the manager asks again to her kitchen staff where my order is. The man that helped me originally told the manager it was with the other completed wings and have been there for a while. The manager apologized for the long wait but that was about it. Customer service and staff at this location are horrible. I feel like the manager has to do everything for something...

I gave this place multiple chances. Every time has been a mess up. The first time I went inside to order there was a young lady at the register messing with her phone and paying no attention. I said hello and she just looked right back down at her phone for a few more minutes before taking my order. After my order was made she brought me all the sauces except the ones I asked for.

Second time I ordered was delivery around 8pm. I was told it would be around 30-35 minutes. An hour went by and no food. I called up there and was told that the driver was on their way. My food ended up getting here at 10:45pm.

Today I ordered delivery. Just wanted a cheese pizza and two alfredo pastas no chicken plus a few sauces. I was told that it would be a little longer because they have to remake them. When my food arrived I asked the driver is the sauces are in the box. He says no that they don't have any sauces right now. I called the store to ask if this was true and the lady said "Yea we ain't got any more." But we paid for 6. Then I look at the pastas and one pan is made correctly and the other looks like it had extra chicken. We don't eat meat.

Good Pizza...Horrible Service!

It has been years since i ordered Pizza Hut, i typically get Domino's but decided to switch it up this time. I ordered two large pizzas that came to just over $20 (or at least it was supposed to). The First thing that happened was that they gave me an estimated delivery of 55 min. I waited for 90 minutes before calling the store and asking for an update. they told me the reason it wasn't delivered was because they were out of pan crust pizza, but no one bothered to call and tell me. they switched my order to hand tossed and said they would take $15 off, meaning my bill should have been $5. once the pizza finally came it has been 2 hours since i placed the order. The order was correct but the receipt said i owed $30. I told the delivery woman that was wrong and explained the situation. She called the store to get it straightened out which took another 20 min at my door. in the end there was so much miss-communication that i just accepted $15 off the $30 bill. The thing that made me mad more than anything was that both people i talked to about the issue never even apologized for the inconvenience. I will not be using this...
