We waited in line for quite sometime on Friday. Finally placed our order with the general manager who was running the cash register and paying with a gift card which wouldn't work as we swiped the card. She tried several times and finally had to enter the numbers manually. We had to wait several minutes for our food that we asked to be extra hot when we placed our order. The fries were totally cold so we returned them. She did make fresh ones for us but by that time, my French dip was cold and the Au jus sauce was lumpy. I was so upset by this time and I asked for my money back for my order. Also, there was no ketchup or Arby's sauce in the container up front. The lid was off and no one never came out to fill it up. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for days. This used to be a good place to eat but has been going down hill lately. Very disappointing!
Thank you for the gift card for a free sandwich. But I must say, that still doesn't address the problems at this Conway location. Your employees need to take pride in what they do and it is very apparent that no one cares about cleanliness or customer satisfaction!!!! Sad that people are in a business of customer service and can't deliver. Read moreWe were in the middle of placing our order when the worker suddenly walked to the back and started doing other things, without fully taking or finishing our order. Very odd. Almost walked out. Little does he know, I've been coming to this location since I was a little kid in the early 1970's, long before he was conceived. Anyway, about 2 minutes later, another worker asked if she could help us. Umm...why yes. I pointed to the register, which had our order partially started, and told her that that guy back there (I pointed him out) started taking our orders, then walked away. She looked at the register and saw that our order was started. She kindly finished taking our orders. I got my roast beef with cheddar. It wasn't bad. Wife got some kind of sandwich wrap. It was all dried out. The bread was hard in spots. Flavor was disgusting. The ketchup dispenser was empty. The floors and the place in general just look dirty and unkempt. Read moreSeverely disappointed with my last visit. Drive-thru only, and when I ordered their Rib Steak & Cheese, they were out of peppers, which is what gives the sandwich its flavor. I ordered it anyway and ended up with what tasted more like a cheap hot-pocket. The cashier basically ignored my question when I asked for a discount because of no peppers, and then she asked if I wanted to make a donation to a charitable fund. On top of all that, my curly fries were barely half full and cold. At least the root beer was decent and cold. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them, but it will be a long time before I go back to this location, although lately, Arby's has been disappointing me...
