Arby's — Restaurant in Conway

This is my favorite Arby’s, hands down. I will not eat at the Arby’s on Elsinger Blvd or the one outside of greenbrier because I’ve always liked this one better. But this time it was very unsatisfactory. I got the turkey and Swiss, it was not cut in half and there was so much mayo that’s all I could taste, and I had to take the sandwich apart to wipe off the excess mayo. I did not decide to write this review though until I found a piece of hair in it, and the hair was much shorter than mine so I don’t believe it came from me. I can overlook poorly made sandwiches because I understand that it is incredibly busy lately so you’re just throwing food together, but I cannot overlook the hair so it will be a long time before I eat at any...

Went to Arby's this evening while visiting my mother since it's my favorite and we don't have one back at home. We were immediately surprised by 2 unsafe situations. I went to make sure staff was aware of them both. We remained in the restaurant for the better part of an hour and neither issue was addressed. Very disappointed. Sidewalk at entrance covered with ants and food. The booth we attempted to sit in had a broken frame. Sorry I didn't get a photo of booth. I was preoccupied trying to get my 73 yr old mother out...

Conway's best kept secret. This Arby's always has the friendliest workers. They, like every other fast food restaurant, are chronically short staffed, but these crew members are never surly, moody, rude, or any of the other attitudes to their customers you encounter at almost every other establishment.
