This is my favorite Arby’s, hands down. I will not eat at the Arby’s on Elsinger Blvd or the one outside of greenbrier because I’ve always liked this one better. But this time it was very unsatisfactory. I got the turkey and Swiss, it was not cut in half and there was so much mayo that’s all I could taste, and I had to take the sandwich apart to wipe off the excess mayo. I did not decide to write this review though until I found a piece of hair in it, and the hair was much shorter than mine so I don’t believe it came from me. I went to make sure staff was aware of them both. We remained in the restaurant for the better part of an hour and neither issue was addressed. Very disappointed.
