My father passed away earlier this year and Steve, squeezed me into his schdule. The suit I ordered was not correct but it was something that got lost in communication between I and Steve. Since the funeral was the next day, I wore the suit, it was nice but not the one I requested. Weeks afterwards, I called Steve and advised him about the suit and he kindly replaced the entire suit. Not only did he replace it but he allowed me to get another higher priced suit for an upcoming interview. The suit was beautiful. Another issue arose with the replaced suit after getting fitted. We had scheduled for me to pick up the suit but somehow I wasn't on the schedule. Steve went out of his way and delivered my suit to a basketball game while he and his family were out on the town (he original asked if he could personally deliver it to my house).
