Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Conway

I've visited alot of Chick-fil-A restaurants as a bus driver, obviously there's a Pandemic still after a year, ok I 📞this one as I have allllll the other locations over country, if it's OK to walk up near door with my mask, to place a order, like other locations do. The person over the phone mentioned of course the Mobile app,but the other option was to place a order In drive thru & walk to window.

Ok , 1st I just had a group who order for a team in Roanoke,VA She walked up to window 15 minutes order was brought out to her, but if we were at this one in Conway, does that mean 20 have too use the app, or have to walk in the drive -thru?

2nd they're are Hotels next to Chick-fil-A 's EVERYWHERE. people including myself walked to these Chick-fil-A's and ordered ( I did recently)with others the curb side would ?? May I help you? Take order, get food,receipt, have a nice day.

The whole line was a bit much for my first time here 1 person took my order 2nd person card machine wasn't working so i had to drive up to the 3rd person to pay cash went around to the window were 3 people was and they had us pull to a stop sign where they gave us our food and we had to wait 5 mins for the car in front to get ours before we could leave then there was the last person for sauce that we had to wait for other's to get there's in a line. It took 25 mins altogether. Sorry to say but they might as well open the doors back up everybody was 2 feet away from everyone and no one was wearing a mask so what was the point. Also you can save up labor by opening the doors and everybody working together instead of everybody outside running around in the heat and I'm sure hating their job. Walk in to this establishment and not a single worker aknowledege my presence. Then I notice I was standing in the wrong place to be in line but was not that many folks ordering (3) of which two worked for the restaurant. But I went and got behind them even though I was there before them. They had plenty of workers behind the register but didn’t seem to care I’d been in line behind 3 people for over five minutes now. When they started descussing about Kelin something or other and as many as 7 people behind the register not even acknowledging my presence I Ieft. Nice looking place I’ve ordered through the drive through there before but I just want a late lunch and head home.
