No no no no no!! I lived in Conway off and on for 20 years and this is the worst i've ever seen this place. They put in a Drive thru which I don't understand but anyway..I recently moved back and with the new round abouts on Prince street I ended up passing the restaurant and coming back. I didn't see the Drive thru but there were no cars anywhere. There was one person inside. Wait let's back up, I called my order in before I left home because the two times before that my husband went they didn't have ANY pizzas ready. So I pull up to the window and the guy older man maybe 30-40ish looked at me but turned and walked the other way and stood as far away as he could get. I just sat there noticing that all the stickers on the window were torn and needed replacing (ExManager) of Truck Stops and Restaurants. So after about three minutes of his childish game he came and opened the window and barked "can I help you?" I just said my name is Annette and I called my order in two pizzas and a cheese bread. I added that I was sorry I missed the Drive thru but I didn't see it until I was passing it by. He took my card gave me the food never said anything and walked away as soon as he was done. Good thing I didn't want cheese or peppers. Bottom line, Its a Dump with poor service and bad Management obviously the District Manager is not on the ball either. Did I mention that the last time my husband went they had NO pizzas at all? That's what they are Famous for right? Bottom line We WON'T BE BACK! Too many...
Read moreThey have a sign with a big wall of text, and it's completely in Spanish. No English version. I asked why there's a sign in Spanish there and she said "for people who speak Spanish to read it". I asked where the English one is and she said it's on the other side. It's not a sign you can just turn around. The "other side" is facing the employees and you'd have to go behind the counter with them to read it.
I replied "You know this is America right? Also, people out here (Conway) speak English mainly", to which she said "we don't have an official language -- it's -- universal".
No, wrong. We have a de-facto official language, which is English. Our founding was in English (including all documentation), our laws are in English, our signs are in English... EVERYTHING. We are an ENGLISH SPEAKING nation. The business name Little Ceasar's is in English, along with everything else from the company. It's an American company, which speaks English. America speaks English. That is our language.

Read moreI usually come to get pizza often, at least 3 or 4 times a week ticket minimum from $6.15 to 30 bucks or so. I usually don't have an issue but on this day I did. Usually there is a wait they let you know at drive thru, but they let me order and get to window to tell me it was 7 minutes. I didn't feel I had to pay for hot and ready if it isn't. The young lady before manager came was very nice and offered another pizza. I asked if I could get it at the same rate or discounted? She said she couldn't do that so I asked her to get manager and she did. Ethan the manager, He gets there and tells me he can't do anything to discount because it's not hot and ready. Usually I dont make a deal of these things, but I am a currently am a GM with corporate background who asked then if he could discount my hot and ready if I waited, he said no. Starred me down. I told him I have been the boss for years and there is something he could do.
