This park is truly an amazing place for families or solo visitors who are looking for time to relax outside and possibly play in some water or take a walk. I’ve been a few times now and every visit has been as enjoyable as the last, can’t wait to come back with my kids again! One of the first things I noticed and appreciated is how well maintained the entire park is including the bathrooms! This is one of the nicer parks we’ve been to! In my opinion you can tell the city takes pride in this park or at least care enough to keep the park clean for our kiddos.
The seating available at this park is great also! It seems thoughtfully placed along with where the trees are so that there’s always something available to sit under.
The water pad is also major highlight for my family because we have yet to find one that was maintained and big enough to enjoy even with a decent amount of people. This one is perfect!
Another nice addition to this park is the availability of parking spaces. There are several accessible spots to park that are within short walking distance of the main park. I really truly like this park and will probably have my kids birthday party here! Completely recommend
Overall in my opinion, this place is great for birthday parties, hot summer days, those who may be physically disabled and others who enjoy nature. Wish we lived just a tad bit closer so we could...
Read moreI knew where to park but had never been there. My friend & I parked next to Conway Tennis Center. The true parking lot is a better place unless you are going to both places. I read in reviews on Google Maps that it would be nice if this park had restrooms and a trail that went all the way around the park. The park does have restrooms when the water is still running. I would have liked to have been able to walk on a trail, preferably concrete, that went around the outside of the park including Conway Tennis Center. That would have given not much but more shade and a longer walk. I do not live in Conway but Little Rock. Since my friend and I were already so far west but barely in Little Rock, we went to Conway via Houston, Arkansas, for Pokemon GO Community Day. I endured the sun as I walked the current trail around the park repeatedly. The splash pad was one of the nicer ones that I have seen. Some of the benches get hot during the 2 something PM hour with the direct sunlight. Others are in the shade then except require a little walk to reach. Walking to the restrooms was a bit different having to enter the playground area to stay on the path. Still this appears to be...
Read moreI've walked this park alot along with others in the past. I ve been away for 6 months and now I'm back park IS NOT maintained like it once was, where people walked they don't the trail is washed out everywhere... it smells like dog poop and people walk their dogs on trails and don't clean up like they once did just 6 months ago they always had bags and sign that says clean up after dog... the first week I was back the grass was knee high. The last 2 week they mow once a week but that's it... how bout fix this with tax payers money. Kids play here and lots of different activity goes on speeders too maybe more patrol too, once this was a good place lots of people walked here, lots of hospital employees too cause it's across the street. If u can't pave the walk trail how bout add gravel and level it out? Make it nice again, plz. The rest rooms are OK but the parking lots needs help cig buts everywhere lots of preschools come here. Also picnic tables are nice but who wants to smell dog poop with the gravel it's like a giant kitty...
