Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Conway

Updated review: Yes, we've had orders messed up quite a few times at this location. My issue isn't with mistakes made here as they always make it up if you call them and explain the situation. Irritating but happens.

My main issue is with the online ordering process. SO MANY options are extra charges now. Want to change from handtossed to thin crust, extra charge. Want chicken or philly cheesesteak topping, extra charge. Want to upgrade from regular to specialty pizza for $3 more? Change any of the toppings to match more want you want, or worse remove a topping you dislike or replace it for another....extra charge. Got a FREE two topping pizza from rewards and want a medium thin with garlic sauce, philly cheesesteak and onions...so two toppings....$1.75. I think you get the point.

At a time where I help choose which restaurants stay in business, I'd strongly recommend you be upfront with the costs when people order by showing the costs next to the item we select. Any 9th grader in IT class can do that. Instead, you piss people off when they go to review their order only to find that the price is significantly higher than advertised and have to reorder multiple times until you figure out which items you get charged extra for. After my 4th attempt at trying to order a pizza with the "upcharges", I finally gave up and removed half my order and just got basic pizzas and a desire to not order from Dominos again, even though I like our local store.

Old review: This dominos makes great pizza. On occasion the order gets messed up but they always make it right by giving me a free order the next time or remaking it. Pretty awesome service compared to most others that simply don't care. It's because of this service that we order every week. We always pick it up to take advantage of the 2 medium, 2 toppping pizzas for $5.99 each, so I can't really speak to how...

Easily the WORST Domino's on the entire planet. Every time I order there is an issue. They consistently mess up the orders, leave my food on the ground without even attempting to ring the doorbell. I assumed the driver's were pissed because I don't tip...well the website says that you can write the tip in when they deliver or I have cash. I'm never able to give it to them because they don't even ring the bell. I don't tip in advance because I never know how my order will end up. It's insane that they are so careless with people's food. I live in an apartment complex, not a house so leaving it outside without any notice means someone can either take it or it will end up infested with lizards and bugs. After talking to someone at the location, I thought the issues were resolved but no. Doesn't matter if you call in or order online. They don't pay attention to any instructions. Even when they "remade" my order, they brought old cold food...parm bites that are dry and cold. I will be calling corporate and the health department. This place can't be up to par with the way they run this operation! GO TO ANOTHER...

So dominos was always hit or miss. Usually a big miss. I'm from the Waterford lakes area and have 2 dominos near me. One being Avalon, and the other on alafaya which is newer. Every time i ordered something was wrong, too much sauce, too little, burnt, dry, ect. I moved to this area about 3 months ago, and dominos is seriously the closest pizza place....ugh I thought to myself. There's literally no other pizza places unless you go out of your way. Welp I tried it. And dang it was good. But I didn't have high hopes for other visits. Nope guys I've been here probably 20 times in the last 3-4 months, and it's amazing, EACH TIME. ALWAYS fresh, crunchy, I even got bread twists and cinna twists which were TERRIBLE in the past...oh my lord, they're amazing. I'm addicted. The staff are friendly and upbeat and some even sadly recongize me lol.

I've always thought dominos was mediocre, but this location is on another level. Idk if its the cooks, management or what, but your pizzas/breads do not taste like other locations near by. If you've always had mediocre dominos, try...
