First time here, I came in at 8:30 am on a Saturday. It wasnât too busy, there was a line and a few employees working. It was my turn to order and APRIL rudely took my order. She was extremely unfriendly and definitely gave off an impression that she didnât want to be at work. I ordered an iced latte + a breakfast egg bowl and about 2 mins after she put in my order another employee yelled to her saying theyâre out of egg bowls. APRIL looked at me and said âuhh we donât have itâ and continued helping the person she was with. This was AFTER she rang me up and sent my order off. SHE should have known if they didnât have egg cups. Why wasnât that communicated to the staff? Bad customer service.... So I went over to her and kindly asked for a refund and she goes âin a min the supervisor will take care of it in a min just stand over there out of the wayâ Finally the supervisor TATAYANA rudely and unprofessionally tells me to âgimme your card if ya want the refundâ I told her I paid on the app, she blankly stares at me before rolling her eyes and says âgimme the card if ya want the refund or just take cashâ so I said cash please. She slides the money to me and yells ânext customerâ
The cashier APRIL should have known they were out of stock for something, that way this transaction never would have happened. If this is how employees and management handle customer service then Iâm never coming back. These people donât know anything about customer service. What a...
   Read moreThis Dunkin has raised my expectations for every Dunkin I go to. The store is always clean and well stocked, the employees are very communicative behind the counter to stream line through rushes. Yes there are times where I've had to wait, but I never mind, even under pressure my food is always greay- AND THE ESPRESSO SHOTS ARE PERFECT. In the rare occasion that something is wrong with my order, there's no hesitation at all to make it right and make sure I have the correct items. The employees are also every communicative with online orders; ie I order online frequently, I walked in once and my food was done but they didn't finish my drink because they were out of hazelnut; instead of assuming I would only want one of my two usual flavors, they informed me they were out, and offered other flavors- I highly appreciate that.
Too many times have I witnessed people getting upset, snippy, and rude towards the staff. Employees are people, not machines, and it's very obvious that every day they bring their A-game.

   Read moreI went to Dunkin' Donuts a few weeks ago for my morning breakfast and coffee. Since it was a mobile order, I came in to pick it up and then left. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not sealed correctly, causing it to spill all over my clothes. Additionally, the donut was placed face down with something on it, making it unsuitable for consumption.
I promptly called and spoke with Luna, the manager in charge, to inform her about the incident. Luna was apologetic and suggested that I come in so she could remake my breakfast at no charge. Due to scheduling constraints, I couldn't make it for a week. However, when I showed up a week later, Luna still remembered me and immediately took care of my order. Her demeanor was incredibly humble and kind, ensuring that I was satisfied with my replacement order.
I want to express my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for having such a wonderful staff member like Luna. She went above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and she certainly deserves appreciation for her exceptional...
