The food is good for the most part. My first time visiting I ordered the General Tso Chicken and took it home to eat. The chicken was really good but the fried rice was horrible. It tasted like really old soy sauce had been used on it. I had to throw the rice away. The next time I ordered the steamed rice with my food and it was much better. The service is just okay. Takes a while to get your food so call ahead if you're getting it to go. The young girl who works the register should not be working directly with customers. An adult with actual customer service skills should do that job. One time after the rice incident I tried to get general tso chicken with mixed veggies instead of rice. The girl said it doesn't come like that. I went somewhere else. Instead of saying you can have the veggies but there is an upcharge, which would have been fine with me, she let me leave and spend my money...
Read moreMy family and I have been going here for years and it has been an absolute favorite from day one. We started a tradition of even getting our favorite food from Panda Wok every Christmas Eve. Great service, welcoming, friendly staff and owners, absolutely amazing, authentic food, 100% a favorite and would absolutely recommend...
Read moreUnfortunately me and colleagues placed a specific order. A "charred" House special lo mein. The individual on the phone stated that she doesn't know what "charred" is. I explained to her specifically what is charred and the process. The fact that I have to explain what charred lo mein noodles are is insane to someone who owns a restaurant. But instead we received cut up strands of noodles like a chef boyardee can. It was pathetic. Shrimps were barely cooked had a off taste. Typically when ordering from this restaurant the portions is relatively full - It was a half of a container. What is really going on here... It was so pathetic we throw it in the trash we will go to JADE China from here on out. AND WE RECOMMEND EVERYBODY ELSE TO...
