Haven't been to a KFC since probably 2007 and I never went to the Conway one because I heard from word of mouth it's awful and saw the reviews too. Later, it indicated that it was closed on Google's listing. Now I saw it and the building looked relatively new and the store was open, just as I was driving by. So I decided to try it out...
I ordered online and went through drive-thru. They said I have to go in the store (later in the review I;'ll explain why I mentioned this). They told me I have to go in the lobby to pick the order up.
I go in the lobby and they told me that their tenders and the chicken for the sandwiches are frozen. They didn't seem to offer any kind of solution or ask what I would like to do. I think it was the manager. He was decent to talk to, but just probably busy. It seemed like it was just him and 1 girl taking orders but there may have been 1 more person in the back.
I asked about cancelling the order and he said I have to contact KFC. Well that's nice!! You guys fail to have things ready which are advertised on your menu (including the sandwiches being marketed as "NEW!"), but I have to contact KFC myself to get a refund because you can't serve me...
The floor was sticky like it was mopped incorrectly.
How do you not have chicken for your sandwiches or tenders (and I assume the popcorn chicken too) at a chicken place at 3:30 in the evening? You've had all day to get this ready.
I called and got a refund and I asked about the whole "picking up inside" thing instead of in drive-thru. They told me it depends on store but asked me if they served me at the drive-thru. Then indicated that it was incorrect that they didn't serve me in the drive-thru after I went. I asked if that's the case, and she reverted ot "it varies by store".
Most likely what's going on here is they want to push people to go inside but are supposed to or encouraged to assist people in drive-thru if the customer uses the drive-thru, but they don't want to admit this to us...

My mom and I had our orders done online. My mom ordered a lot more food than I did. The tickets said they would be ready at a certain time, so my mom and I went to sit at a table in the restaurant. When we turned to go into the table section, my eyes were met with disgust all over the floor and the tables were not cleaned and had food crumbs on them, dirty napkins, and spills. As I looked around there were dead bugs in the window sills and around the soda machine. The manager told us our food was finally ready 45 minutes later. When I got pick it up, I asked him if he put both orders in one order? He said, yes he did. I asked him why he would do that? He said because we were together! I told him we ordered separate meals, we go to separate homes. I was so upset. I got a bag atry to figure out what's going on and then I noticed he never even made my food order! I had to go up there and ask him where the order was for me? He said he gave it to me. I told him I have a separate order for Gilmer and I paid for it with my card!! He got a very bad attitude with me and started going through his orders and finally found it. He put it on the side of the chicken warmers and served other people that came in after me. I stood there for an hour and a half waiting on our food before he finally gave it to us!! I talked to a woman who is a manager there and she advised me to contact the manager over them because she had talked to James about his attitude before and he never changed. My food never was eaten, my nerves were stressed and I couldn't eat...

The so-called manager is extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. She is currently at the window working in no uniform. Very poor representation of the Yum! corporation. Unfortunately this is the only KFC in Conway so I will no longer be eating KFC. My order was incorrect.
I did not receive all my items and unfortunately didn't check until I made the 15 minute drive home. Called the store, a lady answers the phone and said she is the manager. I explained the situation and her response was, well I wasn't here I had to run to Lowe's real quick.... I explained again, I'm missing items from the order I just paid for, I also did not get a receipt. Her only resolution to that was to "come and get it if you want it" well yes, I paid for it so there I go, driving back 16 minutes to get the item already paid for.. So basically I spent over $30 for food I'm not going to eat because it is ice cold. I return to get the item that I had already paid for that was missing from my bag and now my other items are cold.
