Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Conway

I hate sharks i went there to on 7-24-16 and i ordered the catfish steak there 2 part of the catfish steak the oval part n the horseshoe. Well i dnt eat the horseshoes part i love the oval as i was so nicely speaking to the manager which is Frank he did not nor willing to make his customer happy by replacing my order with the desire pieces i ask for. He began to get loud n harsh with me stating if i want that part of steak i have to pay him a dollar for up charge. But why when i already paid for steak he supposed to give me the steak part i ask for it steak is steak. He said with a mean voice way in front of a long line of customers arguing with his customer not willing to serve me with dignity n respect by replacing my order with the desired order. So we spent 25 mins in line exchanging words in front of many ppl in his business. Mr. Frank kept been rude toward me not only that mr. Frank is not a good manger or professional in business establishment. He continues to argue with me louder til he went and call the police on me i watied til they got there n made a complaint on mr. Frank n his poor business performance. I Charlie Jackson was told evenly by the police officer that he feel that i was right n he was wrong by the way i was treated there at Sharks here in conway ar he also suggested that i make a complaint here on his website cause he couldve handle this in a professional way by giving the customer his desired order. Horrible service (Harkrider location, 2-9-18)! I called in a to go order at 5:31 pm and was told to pick it up in the drive thru in 15 minutes. I arrived 10-15 minutes later, and waited on a car that did not call an order in for 15 minutes. I asked why they don't have people park when they order on the spot and was told "its raining". So she made 3 cars wait because she didn't want to run out for a minute in the light rain. I paid thinking I would get food fast since it's 30 minutes after I called in the order. Instead I watched the 3rd car behind me in line park instead, go inside, pay, and get his food. At this point, I had to yell at a worker I had been waiting 30+ minutes and to refund my payment if my food wasn't ready. Apparently this is what prompted them to get the food out, 40 minutes after I called it in. After looking at the ticket, it shows it wasn't even put in until 5:59 pm as a dine in order. So they never even put my order when it was called in. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you have time to wait an hour for an order. Unfortunately for me, I spent the entire time parked listening to a crying baby. They need a better manager that will make sure customers are served in a timely manner instead of young girls not wanting to get hair a little wet that don't put orders in when...

If I could give this place negative number I surely would! My family ordered three wing dinners. All dinners were overcooked and not seasoned. The wings had n9 seasonings, and overcooked, the hush puppies were overcooked, and the fries taste like they were cooked in old grease.

After putting my own seasonings on the at home hoping they would be edible, they were still terrible because they were overcooked. Realizing they were mak8ng me nauseous after eating two wings I brought them back for a refund

The manager had an attitude because I brought it back and didn't refund the full amount. He was rude and basically through the money to me. After exchanging words with him I decided I'd let everyone know about the service and the food. Usually it is OK food but today was just terrible!

My family will not be back and neither will my friends and coworkers.
