I recommend that this company seek professional employees and not just anyone to fill the position. I pulled up wanting to order the two double cheeseburgers for $7 and asked to add the fry and drink as what it says on the menu outside and the woman that was taking my order kept going back and forth with me asking me did I want the number 10. I kept letting her know I was just ordering what I see on the menu since I don't eat there not ever. Nobody was there, the place look like it was a bandit and now I understand why it's not slamming with customers because of the rude staff. If I'm going to spend my hard-earned money I'm going to do it with people that's going to respect what they're doing and appreciate their positions. Then the rude woman that was taking my order kept mouthing while I was at the window, then if it wasn't for my children being with me I probably would have end up catching a charge! Some people really do need to be careful with how they treat people as if nothing can be done about it... So in other words if the menu said two double cheeseburgers for 7 and add a fry and a drink that means just what it is. That doesn't mean try to ask the customers do they want an additional two fries and two drinks trying to double up the ticket. If I wanted the number 10 I would have ordered two number 10's. Management needs to take some tips from Chick-fil-A employees. People will keep coming at night as they do in the day when the head owner is present. Know better do better. Don't take your issues out on customers willing to put money in your register because that's how you lose and every...
Read moreI was out of town. It was hot. I wanted icecream but I knew I should have more...then right on my right was a DQ!No, I had not DQd today or for o vfc er a year as there is not one in my home town. I read all the menu specials (pics posted), saw the icecream cakes that we had been musing where they might be sold earlier vhf in the week, and made more discoveries. You can det two of the cheeseburgers as the $4 snack. The are not a snack. The are as generous as the original burger that were on the menu when DQ opened. And that was pretty generous. They are also generous with the condiments so if you don't like a lot of catsup you might want to reign them in a little. Next the "drink" I already said I wanted icecream. I kinda like the way they hold the Blizzard upside down so that was it. Fall has arrived at DQ and nearly everywhere else. Personally I am already burnt out on pumpkin pie spice. Looking for something different. I selected the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough. That was definately the right choice. Enough cinnamon to fell season all but dough from one of my favorite cookies. Very nice personal....
Read more$30 for a couple mini blizzards and 2 non dairy bars. The prices online don't match in store, even for this location exactly. Checked prices for this location and the minis were about $1.25 more in person. Would've been alright on the one off occasion, had the experience not been absolute garbage. The girl taking our order was SUPER blunt, dry and rude, and was equally as off putting at the window. Just so cold and rude. Should've gone to Andy's. The prices would've been the same and the environment is WAY better. Take it from me, skip it this time, at least for this location. I ignored the loads of bad reviews and gave it a go. Wish I hadn't. Oh, and the blizzards were literally BARELY past the halfway mark on most of our cups. Sad. The old me would've had them remaking it but I just don't have the energy anymore. Oh, one more thing, as many others have also stated, they didn't give us our receipt. We had to ask for it and she was so irritated about it. Ugh. Oh and ONE MORE THING not ONE person inside was wearing gloves. That bothers the...
