Szechuan Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Conway

We've ordered here many times (mostly online) and food was good. Usually I order online but tonight my wife called in the take out order. Women answering the phone could not understand letters and numbers. We ordered 2 General Tso's chicken (S7) and ended up with the Combo plates C15. They messed up 3 out of 4 entrees. Food was extremely oily and bland. My wife called them after we realized the mess up. The women who screwed up the order still can't understand English so my wife asked to speak to someone who knows English. She then spoke to a gentleman who also barely speaks English and he basically said, "What do you want me to do about it?" We probably won't order from this restaurant ever again. Really gone...

First time eating here, I ordered the 4pc garlic wing with pork fried rice & my hubby ordered the house lo mein! I got 11 wings & a to go box full of rice, his container was so full the lid wouldn’t close at all! The food was perfect, had amazing taste & the quality was above my expectations as I do not care for Chinese food & find it hard to even like a restaurant. He went in & ordered said it was clean, quiet, & the staff was friendly with fast service, we wished we had time to sit in & eat our dinner! As we highly respect their culture & language we appreciate their English skills & conveying proper clear information.

I ordered the chicken platter with vegetables and sauce I was supposed to get fried rice I did not get fried rice of that plain rice I was supposed to get Eggroll I did not get an egg roll the food was so nasty I didn't even need one third of it the sauce on it was so watery the grease with floating on top I would not recommend this place for anyone if not for the egg drop soup I would not have had anything to eat tonight oh and the noodles were just as nasty as the food all greasy I had to wipe my hands off before I could eat two pieces not recommended by my standards if you like slop you're in...
