Roses Discount Store — Local services in Conway

I usually go into this store due to it being fairly cheap and close to home, I went after work one day to be caught off guard when I first walked in. I’m not sure if it was the manger or owner but he was standing near the table in front of the door and seen me and started signaling an employee with a strange calling noise as if he was trying to signal a dog as I walked passed him and I wonder why. Especially since he was not making that noise until I first walked in. I turned near an aisle because my intention of going to roses was to buy hangers, but I saw some chips and stopped in front of them and noticed the employee acting like he was looking at items.. I’m in my head like “why would you as an employee be looking like your shopping for items and just happened to be near me within the same aisle. Then I went to another aisle and grabbed deodorant and who was right there ? The employee again ! Then I went to another aisle to get the hangers and who comes walking by me ? The same employee. Now mind you I have a work uniform on so clearly I have a job.. why would I need to steal out of roses of all places, the items are fairly cheap and affordable so the only conclusion was the owner or manager: who ever he is was racial profiling me and getting an employee to follow me around the store is disgusting and ignorant. I understand if they were about to close and he sent a worker to tell me they’re were closing soon, but it’s was around 2:00 pm in the afternoon… It is also insulting to think I would want to steal from such a...

Horrible customer service. I have to have another fitting room open and it was broken the mother and daughter in the fitting room before me had multiple items when it said limit to . I waited in line for 10 minutes with people lining up behind me waiting to use the changing room. I confronted associate about asking them to hurry up and notify them of the limit of two items because there were other people a whole line of people waiting to use the fitting room. I would not recommend anyone shopping here because they had false advertisement for one, the staff wouldn't help my family when we asked them where items were and they were very rude, then when I was told to call to ask about an item the people who answered had no knowledge of anything about their store so they weren't helpful at all. I also saw a man whom I believed to be a worker on on the floor and asked did he work there and instead of him answering me he pointed to his shirt as if he was calling me dum.
