N 2 Win Sports — Local services in Conway

‼️‼️‼️Super frustrated with N2Win Sports in conway. I try to shop local and help out but I needed to return 2 items (cleats and baseball pants), yes tags still intact and receipt in hand. that I got a couple of days ago and the lady there was so rude and also wouldn’t size my child’s foot. They also wouldn’t credit back to my debit card or give me cash, they only provided me with a in store credit. I do not want a store credit I want my money back. They tried saying it’s a new system etc.. if that’s the case you should tell customers or have a sign up. The only sign I saw was the one that said they can do refunds on card if the bank allows it and I know mine does. Soo then I went to Hibbett sports where they were phenomenal to work with, they gladly sized my child’s foot and even gave him a free baseball after we purchased the correct size cleats from there. So just a heads up to sports parents!!! ‼️‼️‼️

Update: spoke with the manager just a little bit ago and she will not over ride a refund to be given. Not a very good way to do business at all. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND N2win. Told them to keep my store credit because I wouldn’t be buying from...

I wouldn’t even give it one star. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!! I do not recommend this place. I was a loyal customer for a long time until today. I purchased baseball pants for $54 and I kept my receipt kept the tag on. I went back a couple days later to return them because they were too small for my son and the lady refused to give me a refund because there card machine was not working to process back my refund. Which I kind of think it was all bs. I even asked the lady prior to me buying these pants if I could return them and get my money back if they were too small, and I was assured that I would get my money back. The lady that rung me up today was very rude and the lady said she was the owner. Make sure you get exactly what you need because these people will not give you a refund back. I’m sorry, but I’m not sorry… I am a mother trying to do it all on my own and $54 is a lot...
