Just had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location. We placed an order on the Taco Bell app, and I went to pick it up. I got to the drive thru on 4/27/2022 at 10:02 PM. When I pulled around to the pick up window, I was handed a large bag and asked "Is this everything?" The drive thru attendant gave me the thumbs up. I went home and found that my deluxe cravings box meal was not included. I tried to call the location with no luck. I drove back out to the drive thru at 10:21 PM and said that I did not receive the meal. I was told to pull around to the window. A lady (who I assume was the manager on duty) came up to the window and said everything was placed in the bag. I told her that it was not in the bag. She snapped back saying yes it was, and I adamantly told her it was not. She asked me for the bag, which I left at home, and she told me if I wanted the meal, I would have to drive home to get the bag and show her it was not in there. I went back home to get the bag and came back to the drive thru at 10:43 PM. I showed the attendant that it wasn't in the bag, and he said to the lady that I was back with my bag. Another girl came out from the back and said to the attendant that that particular meal does not get put in a bag, but rather a box, so I definitely did not get my meal. The attendant handed me the bag and the box and just said sorry and walked away.
I had to come back to this location 3 times due to a mistake made by the staff at this location. During my second visit, instead of the staff owning up to the mistake, I was told to go home and get my bag to prove it, basically I was being called a liar. So because of their mistake, I had to visit this location 3 times and was called a liar, and then got just a "sorry." A complimentary meal or drink for a customer that was treated like this would have been nice.

We called before hand to ask if they sold lunch at 7 am just to be sure because we don’t really enjoy Taco Bells breakfast. My boyfriend made a mobile order to pick it up inside. He went inside to wait and stood at the counter for around 2-3 minutes while the 2 employees working were doing whatever in the back. The manager noticed him first and ask him what he wanted to order. My boyfriend told him he had a mobile order and so the manager called to the employees about if they made the mobile order and the one employee replied “I didn’t see no mobile order.” Then they started making the food. My boyfriend was just waiting but had to hear the one employee complain “Who the hell orders lunch at this time” blah blah blah, continuing as if the customer who ordered the lunch isn’t in there. Then a car comes through the drive through and orders lunch, so my boyfriend has to hear her complain one more time about a customer ordering lunch items at 7 in the morning (which they offer). We came to Taco Bell for food, not to hear an employee complain about doing her job. Overall, if you work at Taco Bell, don’t complain when someone orders what you serve on the menu... Read moreI don't know when exactly the service fell off about two years ago if I had to guess. I only come every few months because it's so bad and if I can I'll go to the other one. Tonight I ordered two normal burritos and a nacho fries. I was going home when I noticed a burrito missing. I had to drive back and and I told them about the missing burrito tried to show my bag I hadn't even touched anything there, the young man tried to insist he only charged for one . He did not. $21 dollars for one fry and two normal burritos , but actually I was charged for three burritos because of the missing one I had to pay again. no double meat or anything extra just normal. I wonder how many other people are charged for things and not receiving them.i also wonder how many dashers get screwed because of the staffs negligence I hope someone enjoyed my burrito I never received on their break.
