This place has turned into a joke…. Employees are rude, loud and obnoxious. I couldn’t enjoy my coffee in the cafe because of all the gossiping about their coworkers. Saying such hateful things. I also sat at the drive thru speaker 10 minutes before closing…. Nobody answered me and I just watched the person inside close all of the shades like they didn’t see me. If you want an overpriced cup of coffee served with an attitude while they whisper about you on the headset, then by all means go here. I can’t even call and complain because they all have fake names on their tags! It used to be such a nice place where you would feel warm and welcome…. All of the good ones are gone.
( Edited ) So I decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt and went back. ( Dumb idea ) Baristas were rude as usual. Coffee was luke warm at best. ( Wrong coffee at that ). The place has really gone downhill since Dana and Peyton left. I absolutely will not be back. I'd rather drink stale gas...
Read morePlaced a mobile order with my normal Starbucks at 8:15. Estimated pick up is 8:50. I have to leave for work by 8:30. Not bothered by them being backed up. Bothered that when I entered the establishment to cancel and get a refund, I was refused because she (Jen or Jenny, I can’t remember) was working on a refund for someone who didn’t have their phone and had to go home to get it. She didn’t want to start the process over despite the other young lady driving away. I watched her leave. She was going to wait and finish her refund before she did mine. Despite the fact that I said I had to leave by 8:30. Ended up leaving without a refund and with tears in my eyes (I’m sensitive, hush). I couldn’t believe it. I’m loyal to this Starbucks, normally the staff is wonderful. But I guess I get to look for a new one because my service from Jen/jenny was appalling. I’m gonna miss the other baristas there...
Read moreFor starters, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this crew put in the extra effort to earn it. This particular store decided to ring up a bunch of customers without telling them that they had run out of coffee to serve and whip cream to top drinks and other key stock items. Instead of making more or removing options they supplemented ingredients on the fly and told customers only if they asked why their favorite drink looked or tasted different. The four or so girls that were working, were very vocal about how the Christmas shopping season was the worst and they would never work it again, and so on with majority negative comments.
