Knights Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Conyers

I was very excited when I moved to the area and discovered a Jamaican restaurant so close to my home but sadly, every single time I’ve ordered from Knights I was disappointed. I typically place an order around 11 am for lunch and they are never fully stocked - Started ordering from them this passing April btw.

As a Jamaican restaurant, how are you out of Jerk chicken, beef patties, and plantains 11 am? This has happened on multiple occasions btw, every time I place an order via Grub hub, I receive a call letting me know they didnt have something - horrible planning.

Today, I placed an order for two beef patties at 11:18am. I traveled to the restaurant a little after 12 and when I arrived they let me know they didnt have my food. The order was not updated on Grubhub - Half of my lunch break was wasted.

Food and service is okay. Overall, mediocre experience.

Very very disappointed. Ordered Stewed Chicken and got it home and found when eating it hair in my food. Not one piece but 2 strands, so I stop eating and discard the entire thing. $23 00 down the drain. I will not be back. First and last time. Update: first of all i stand to be corrected, curry chicken and it had hair in it, second of all you don't scare me with your rebuttal. If your food had hair in it just make sure it doesn't happen again because I could have the Health Department come in and do an inspection so don't try to use your rebuttal as a scared tactic. Just do better. And I never asked for any oxtails you have the wrong person, there was a lady in front of me asking for oxtails and the gentleman said you guys were out. I asked for Curry Goat and you didn't have that either, and I should have walked out then but I wanted to see if it was true...

I'm a Jamaican food foodie!! So I thought I'd give this place a try, the food was OK. The jerk chicken tasted like bbq chicken, definitely no jerk seasoning. I ordered 2 plates and realized when I got to my car I had no plantains. When I went back to ask I was told "no we're out we haven't been able to find any, sorry". I thought since this is something that comes with the meal that should have been revealed prior to my order. At least offer something else or give me that option to see if I even wanted to purchase.
