So I went to the arbys on willow in cookeville and had a online/pick up order but when I went to open the the door the lobby was locked. There was no one In the widow of the drive through Zoe I pulled in and I told the guy I had a pick up order and he told me I needed to pull around. I said what do you mean pull around??? He said you have to get in line. I said what do you mean the food is on the counter and I have already paid for it with a tip. He said you’ll need to pull around. So I pull around and there are cars to the road. I sit and sit them 40mins has passed at this point so I pull back around to where my now cold food is and tell the guy at the window to give my food to someone else. To me this order sounds easy, right. Wrong! We got our drinks, fine. As we were driving away I checked our order. We only had one sandwich after paying for 2, ($16.00). We drove back atound to drive- thru, told the woman that we only had one Classic sandwich. As I was handing out our food, I noticed that the wrappers were different. My husband got the Classic, I ended up with a Classic/cheddar cheese with sauce and a onion bun! It was awful. I ended up picking the beef off and eating that! We will NOT be stopping here again. Took 30+ minutes in the drive through, when finally got to the mic to order they asked us to give her a few minutes to take care of us that few minutes turned into 15 more minutes s by time we got our food not only was they rude but messed the orders up, charged too much and for things we didn't order. Had to go back inside to reorder . keep in mind there was only 2 other customers that also had to wait and we're in drive through they had nobody dining in.
