Only luck led us to this store when we moved into the area from 30+ years of living in Florida. We are now shy of two years living here, and we can honestly say that the company and employees are number one on our list - out of both states!! Jay, Richard, Ben and all the techs and installers have been “down-home” friendly, but even more importantly, they have been honest and helpful! We truly feel they have done their utmost best to serve us and treat us with such respect. We dealt with them initially, and if we had a question or issue, they were there for us. Hands-down to this company! They took on a challenge and made it to perfection! I had a 2005 entertainment system with a 2005 TV that needs to be replaced! What was the special about this project was it was in an enclosed cabinet that when you push a button, the TV comes out of the cabinet. My dad was electronic Guru and he had so many cords and devices that my mom and I didn’t know how to work. These guys came in like champs installed the new TV and even were ever so kind to place all the electronics that were outdated and put them aside for me To donate! We expecting guests at our house 2 watch the Supercross races. I was having problems with the new television pairing with the satellite. I called the technology store and I spoke with Jay he offered a couple of things to try and told me that if that did not work he would come to my house after he closed the store.
