Went in a couple times to look at furniture. When we decided what we wanted and went to make the purchase, the sales rep asked if we wanted to do in house financing or go through Synchrony. We told him Synchrony because we wanted the promotional financing. He then proceeded to run it through their in house financing and got charged with interest and multiple insurance fees that didn’t pertain to furniture AT ALL (Credit Life Insurance, Accident & Health Insurance, Involuntary Unemployment Insurance, and Property Insurance) adding up to $373.61 that we were NEVER told about. When we called and spoke to the manager, he didn’t apologize for the situation happening or offer any kind of solution. We ended up cancelling our order. Something seems sneaky here and we will...

Would rate zero stars if I could.. The sales rep Jeana was rude and misleading. We went back 3 times to buy the bedroom set that we wanted. She gave us a different price each time. There was no transparency. She wouldn’t show us the numbers just whatever she typed into her calculator. She was very rude and talking to us like we were stupid. We ended up buying the same furniture from bargain city across town for a better price and they were much nicer. Would not recommend this...
