8/27/23 ** not sure why I am a fool for punishment, stopped before church for coffee, and a doughnut. Both coffees I ordered were cold and the apple fritter had zero apples in it and was cold not room temperature but cold this is not a new establishment anymore and they still donāt have their stuff together. This must be the worst management on the planet.
6/13/23* Because this place was new I keep giving them a chance. They are not new anymore and should have the kinks worked out. Went through drive-through today and my order was incorrect. Waited at the second window for 15 minutes while FedEx delivery guy walks in front of me into the store gets his three drinks and donuts and walks back out while I am still waiting. The owner of the store does not seem to understand that. Our first order in is first order out. Drive-through is just that it is for speed and convenience people who have time to walk into the store should be secondary drive-through is priority I absolutely will not go back to the store again . Opening day drive-through ordered a large latte and like most places they donāt fill it up and you get a medium at best. Second time going through they were already out of pumpkin spice, and the latte was lukewarm at best, it was absolutely gross lukewarm. I had to go to McDonaldās to get a decent tasting latte with pumpkin spice. Iāll continue to go to the Jefferson location they donāt run out of pumpkin spice and they serve hot coffee11/28 came back through again for a pumpkin spice latte and was told they were out until next year. There will be no more pumpkin spice. What kind of Dunkinā Donuts doesnāt have pumpkin spice the month before Christmas? I definitely wonāt be going back for any reason. They are extremely unorganized and with the exception of the girl with the purple in her hair, most of these people are not pleasant to interact with, at least, when I go to Dunkin on Jefferson, they have a smile on their face and tell me to have a nice day.
Wow!!! I just had the worst interaction with a service worker I have ever experienced in my lifetime. (Older lady, short hair, seems to be a repeat offender based on other reviews.) First, I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. I arrived, and the drive thru lane was blocked off with orange cones. I had to go in, which was inconvenient but honestly not a big deal. Next, I informed the lady in the mobile pickup area of the situation. I thought the information would be relevant, so that she would be able to find my order. She snapped at me, annoyed and defensive, telling me that it was because they were taking out the trash. Then, she went to get my order and realized they were out of the product I had ordered. I picked a new donut. It didn't have a label like the other ones, so I physically pointed to it as a chose. I am not familiar enough with their menu to know what flavor it was - it just looked good. She continued to stare at me blankly for some time. I again pointed to it, this time explaining its location. This went on for quite some time before she finally shoved my order in the bag (no sort of wrapping) and thrust it toward me. Iāve been by here 5 different times now to order donuts and coffee and they will never fail to be out of something or just simply give you the wrong items. The first two visits, they were out of every donut but chocolate glazed and glazed. The next 3 times theyāve said they had certain donuts but they never give you the correct ones. If I order a blueberry, Iāll get a chocolate cake instead. If I order a chocolate sprinkle, Iāll get a normal glazed instead. (Just examples) I just canāt seem to comprehend how itās so difficult to keep things ordered and just get the order correct. Maybe theyāre out of the donuts and donāt want to say anything so thatās why I keep getting random and incorrect orders but I would prefer you just tell me and I can leave and save us all the trouble.
