Betty Boo Bakery LLC — Restaurant in Coolidge

I bought a red velvet cake from Ms. Betty. (My wife's & best friend's wife's favorite) This is the first time I have ever experienced a cake getting better over time. I still don't understand that, but it is my story and I'm sticking to it. Now, I will be honest and tell you that I think the cake was a touch expensive. I did order it a day in advance, specifically asking for a red velvet to celebrate our birthday's, but no other special request was made, not even decorations or names or anything. Just a plain old cake. Now that being said, the cake was delicious! And I'm a chocolate guy, myself. Did I say it was delicious? On top of that, she gave me a giant cinnamon roll. Fresh from the oven? It was still warm! Unfortunately, we did not sample that until about two days later. Let me tell you, I have never had a cinnamon roll so big, or so good in my life!!! I ate half of it at breakfast time. I told my wife how good it was and that she had to have it! She loves cinnamon rolls. I like chocolate. The next day, she hadn't eaten it, so I did. And daggum, that thing was absolutely delicious!!! I will be ordering from Betty Boo again....

Betty Boo is a very nice lady and I am very happy for her and her successes. I wish her continuous growth and success. I 'm reviewing her Sweet Potato Pie. I feel that it was a little pricy for the size. The crust was crispy but a little too thin for me. I tried the pie when it was warm and cold. The consistency was good, the flavors was strong but not overpowering each other. (sweet, spice and butter) Overall I enjoyed the pie both ways but prefer it cold, because the flavor had the chance to melt in my mouth and ignite my tastebuds. Which left a...

Betty went above and beyond to get me enough pieces of her Red Velvet cake! I was travelling through on the way to Phoenix and, when I got to Coolidge, discovered she was at a fair, selling her delectables. Betty responded to my phone calls, encouraged me to come to the fair and, when I got there, came to the admission gate with 4 pieces of this soooo incredibly delicious cake.
