Coolidge Municipal Court — Local services in Coolidge

No bathrooms . No fire extinguishers. No sprinkler systems. Arrived at 8 . Was 6th on the list . They took me back and told me hold on i will talk to prosecutor. Went through the 28 people list . At 12 30 i was finally spoken to again . Come back in 2 months. ... so i did this 7 times.... Final day i show up 8 again. Was spoken to and tols wait again . So i did.. 1 this time i was finally spoken to. Very unprofessional .. i got a ticket for passing in a no passing zone. No lines on the road had pictures to prove it. And was doing 53 in a 45. I walked out with a 1100$ fine. Had to pay 40 in court process fees. And 150 to a "public defender" never have i herd of such bull*hitt. They finally are starting to get some new staff. But they need a new building and get there head out of the sand and hit the books . Cuz what they are doing i seen monkeys work better and...

CAREFUL!! Judge does not like black women, and only goes by what police say. they don’t even abide by, or comprehend az laws. They disregarded the statutes and proceeded to try to coerce me into sign docs saying that I was guilty, when I wasn’t.

She claimed that “it’s only a ticket” like I am supposed to be ok with paying extra money for their money scam. They had no evidence to produce and she got mad because I wanted to appeal her judgement.

Not sure if this is legit court . They have no clue what they are talking about when requesting information. Definitely seeing what BBB has to say about all this . Be carful this court is out for Money . They stated I didn’t show up at all . So disappointed in are systems and how they allow this court to run...
