Subway — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

Very slow and inefficient. Orders on the app, paid for it on the app as well. Said order was ready for pickup. Got there, old Oompa Loompa old lady said it’s not ready, told her the app said it was ready for pick up. I proceed to get in line with 5-7 customers already in line. Old lady working there was slow af!!!! Taking her precious time, no urgency and giving attitude like she doesn’t want to work…I was suppose to pick up at 4:15pm. Didn’t get out until 4:45pm. As I finally got my food, told them it was already paid for, they needed to check the receipt for proof, even though I had it on my phone. Oompa Loompa tells co-worker that I jump in line. Like how tf did I jump in for a supposedly online app order, which was not even ready, when it was suppose to be and I had to get in the back of line and order like everyone else there. This is the best Subway for online ordering in the area in my humble opinion. You get what you order. If you ask for extra jalapeños or whatever, you get it. Unlike some others where if you're not there watching the sandwich be built they skimp on things. A perfect example is the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka. Several times I have ordered online and asked for extra of certain items only to receive some skinny, skimpy sandwich. Totally unsat! But not with this Subway. Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5...
