Brasao Steak & Grill Miami is an absolute gem! I had the mixto arepa with chicken and steak, and wow—it was sooo amazing. The crispy fried cheese, the fresh tomato salad, and the perfectly seasoned meats paired beautifully with their delicious sauces. Every bite was packed with flavor.

The service was good. The waitresses were super friendly, and the gentleman at the food truck went above and beyond—he took the time to explain all the different sauces and even gave me a free one to try. That kind of hospitality makes the experience even better.

The wait time was a little on the longer side, but honestly, the food was worth it. If you’re planning to sit outside, definitely choose the hummus area for the fans—it makes a big difference. And if you’re not a fan of bugs near your food, ask the waitresses for one of the small fans they provide—it really helps keep them away and makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

I really enjoy charcoal cooking, but this place was a big disappointment. First of all, the picanha was not good at all it came out cold, like it had been sitting around and then reheated. It wasn’t medium as requested, and honestly, it felt like they didn’t care.

The only good thing I can say was the Brasao salad it was fresh and enjoyable. The sides were just okay, nothing special since they are standard sides anyway.

The drinks were another letdown. The passion fruit and piña colada had so much sugar added that they barely tasted like anything.
