So......the 2 star review hurts to leave but .....allow me to explain. When eating at this establishment, there is no issue. Service is outstanding, food is great and generally......no complaints in person. But......take out, when picking up your order or using Uber they consistently forget something every single time. Whether it's the marinara sauce for your mozzarella sticks, or the hot sauce for your wings that you asked for on the side, or even when you order an entree like the pulled pork sandwich. Occasionally your side dish, like the mac and cheese, will be forgotten as well. I have ordered from this establishment via Uber eats countless times, and countless times. I'm disappointed...... I know. I know I know, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice....... I get it. But as a resident of a smaller town, or at least one that tries to have a smaller town feel, you want to support smaller local businesses, especially ones in your backyard and I try, I've tried over and over and over again and each time sad to say I am disappointed. This is a non-issue in person because you can simply ask your waitress for everything that they forgot. But when you're trusting somebody to just grab a bag off the counter and bring it to your door, you really need to rely on the staff of the restaurant to get it right and I'm sorry but this place is off the list when it comes to takeout or delivery service. I have to be honest too, this is really soured my opinion on the restaurant in general and I doubt I'll be back in person. I felt the two-star review was fair, I hardly ever eat at this restaurant in person but I have ordered from them via Uber eats and delivery services numerous times. We're talking numerous letdowns, not just one or two. I wouldn't leave a review like this without giving some place multiple tries to get it right and unfortunately I'm just consistently let down here. You are right, I had completely forgotten, a minimal discount was offered, believe it was something offensively low like 5% off, perhaps it's why I forgot all about it.
However, when such a mishap happens, most managers tend to want to rectify the mishap and even walk over to the table to extend their apology for the situation, which never happened. It was just the young waitress. Nonetheless, it doesn't change the fact that after we ordered the food the waitress disappeared for an extended time, if she would have been making her rounds to table, instead of hanging out about, she would have noticed that our food was missing. This is also part staff training issue, absolutely nothing to do with kitchen staff nor the fault of the persons who are extending their kindness by choosing to spend money at the restaurant.
Anyways, customer service is king in these times more than ever, especially as money is tight for some more than others. Wish at the very least you take that into consideration as your establishments' livelihood depends on other people wanting to visit your place.
ORIGINAL REVIEW : I really wanted to like this place. The service started out strong, and then just nose dived to outstandingly bad.
2/5 meals didn't arrive, the waitress was nowhere to be found. Finally, about 40min after everyone else's meal came out and were long gone, the waitress claimed something happened to the machine, so it didn't print the order. YET other tables that were waiting for orders food arrived 🤔
Our wings came out uncooked. They didn't make any attempts to rectify the issue. I'm sure because they wanted to start cleaning up.
The clam stripes were so small and mostly breading.

Read moreIf it wasn't for our server, Shawn, and Google allowed, I would give zero stars. We arrived at 8:30 pm, they close at 9. The girl at the front was on the phone so we waited to be seated. She then told us we can sit anywhere and our server will be with us shortly. About 15 minutes later our server showed up at our table to take our order. We ordered some wings and fries, nothing complicated for a wing restaurant. There were about 3 or 4 other tables, one which showed up after us. We waited and waited about 45 minutes before we got our food. Wings were a good size, tossed in medium which tasted like tossed in nothing. What upset us the most was that Shawn seemed to be the only person working. He was taking care of all the tables. There were two other girls working and a guy who may or may not work there, but kept wandering in and out of the kitchen. They helped with nothing. They didn't check on tables that were waiting for almost an hour, refill drinks, nothing. They stood around trying to seem busy. Shawn was taking orders, refilling drinks, checking on the tables, and in and out of the kitchen while it seemed as if the other employees were just waiting around to go home. So, Shawn, keep up the good service. To the rest of the staff, try not to be blind to what's going on in the restaurant and overwhelm one person with everything. Work as a team and maybe you won't have customers waiting close to an hour for some wings and being very unhappy with the experience at your restaurant.
