Tom Kha chicken broth was delicious. And we love that they use chicken breast to make Tom Kha Chicken Soup. However, chicken breast needs marinating with Tom Kha seasoning because chicken was bland, had no flavor.

Season chicken breast with Tom Kha seasoning AND chop chicken breast into bite sized pieces so it can be eaten as a soup.

Crab Rangoon didn't have much flavor; we expected more from Thai Diner because they're one of the best. Drunken Noodles were absolutely delicious! But unbreaded chicken breast seasoned with drunken noodles should be served with Drunken Noodles, NOT CRISPY CHICKEN.

Crispy Chicken is breaded chicken breast and deep fried. It needed more salt, but otherwise it was delicious. But crispy chicken DOES NOT go with Drunken Noodles.

Crispy Chicken would be delicious with mashed potatoes. Thai cuisine doesn't include mashed potatoes, but with their knowledge of spices, they could create the best Thai Mashed Potatoes šŸ˜‚

On another visit, basil fried rice was absolutely delicious. Added chicken breast to the rice, which became too much combined with chicken in the soup. Owner is a great guy who does...

First of all….. you’re freaking joking right?? This is probably the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Unreal. The outside of the building is deceiving… the inside is colorful, inviting, unique, well kept, so gorgeous! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. They gave my 4 year old a brand new cute little toy, and also brought her her own little bowl of cut up strawberries because the server noticed she was eating the strawberries off our plates. The freaking crab rangoons…… knock your socks off. The SAUCE. Best sauce ever… I mean EVER… I don’t even like that sweet sauce I opt for soy sauce… I told her to hold the soy sauce. The freaking won ton SOUP….. I’ve never even had a more flavorful but comforting savory flavor. Don’t even get me started on the pad thai…. I can’t get over this place. Such kind people and such good food. Hidden gem that needs some serious recognition… IF you enjoy thai food. 10/10 would highly recommend. Telling all my friends. SHOUT OUT TO MY COWORKER WHO TOLD ME TO GO TO THAI DINER KITCHEN IN COPLAY…. I feel like kissing her on the mouth. Thank you lord for this...

Best Thai food in the valley. Have been coming here religiously for ~3 years. Closed on Monday’s and closed (almost) daily from 3pm-5pm to prepare for the dinner rush.

If ordering takeout around 5pm, I suggest calling right at 5 to get your order in first. Typically a 20-30 minute wait after ordering for your takeout to be ready for pickup, depending on how busy they are.

Some dishes don’t travel as well, but that is normal for rice-noodles in my experience

Large portions, and we regularly get 2 whole meals out of 1 entree

Re-opened for indoor dining, attentive table service and byob. Sit-in dining will sometimes be served on disposable dishes, although the last 2 times I’ve went it has been on normal plates. Might have just been using disposable during the transition from ā€œtakeout onlyā€ due to covid restrictions.

Be cautious with the spicy scale. 3/5 is a bit too spicy even if you have a decent spice tolerance. My mother orders either a 0 or 1 out of 5 and the 1/5 can be too spicy for her occasionally.

Definitely...

WOW! This place is such a gem. An unassuming appearance on the outside but a pleasant decor inside. Attentive, friendly service. Most importantly, the food was amazing! I love Thai food and have eaten at many Thai restaurants before, but the Pad Thai I had at Thai Diner today was the best I've ever had. It was packed with flavors, a good portion, and beautifully presented. The shrimps were cooked to perfection. The crispy chicken drunken noodles was absolutely delicious as well. I've never had drunken noodles with deep fried chicken on top before. The chicken pieces were so crispy and great with the rest of the dish. Also a generous portion. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I asked for medium spiciness(3 out of 5 levels of spiciness) for both dishes. While those were really delicious, I think those who like spiciness may need to take it up a notch. I wish I lived closer and will definitely visit again whenever I am in the area. 10/10 recommend!
