We waited 30-45 minutes for a coffee, smoothie, and an empanada. This is not a difficult order. We noticed multiple people who had come in after us were getting their orders before us (and some of these orders were larger orders too). I went in to ask the waitress for an update and she said that she had MANY orders before us in a rude tone (she seemed really stressed, but you still shouldn't speak to a customer like that). I tried to give them a chance, but when I saw another lady come in and get her order only a few minutes after ordering, that was it for me. We went to the counter and asked for a refund. At that point the same waitress that had just told me there were MANY orders ahead, offered to make it immediately... but I shook my head and said I just wanted my refund at this point. Thankfully, the guy that had taken our order was kind when it came to refunding us and apologized for the situation (the star in this review is for you pal).
Additionally, when I was canceling my order, another lady came in to complain about her order - a coffee and a smoothie that she had been waiting OVER AN HOUR...
Read moreI just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. There were seven people working with only one person in front of me and it still took over 10 minutes for them to make a basic iced latte. This was because two of the individuals working were more interested in chatting with one another, one individual was more focused on watching another person use the juicer machine, while two people were in the back just standing around. Only one gentleman was filling orders and actually doing his job. Additionally, and most concerning of all, one young lady was eating on the counter where they are supposed to prepare food, which is highly unsanitary. When I finally got my coffee, I asked the gentleman who was actually working if I could speak with a manager and he said that there wasn’t one in site. Overall, it was an...
Read moreOverall great experience! They are a little pricey like most cafe’s are these days (my sister got a croissant egg sandwich, iced black coffee, and a large cookie for around $16, and I got a panini and latte for around $17), but the panini was fresh, warm, delicious and FILLING, and the coffee was good—not to mention the gal at the register had good customer service, which is ALWAYS a huge plus to me, as I work in customer service myself and that can make or break it for me, no matter how good the food is. I also love that they bring the food out to you, so you don’t have to come in and find it when it’s “ready.” I only give it 4 stars due to the price, but other wise this is a great little cafe! My sister and I enjoyed ourselves and our food and...
