Anthropologie — Local services in Coral Gables

About 4 years ago I moved back to Miami and was super excited to visit my favorite store, Anthroplogie. During my lunch break, I drove over and wanted to buy a candle. I walked around the store as I always do, but this time I was followed around the store and want to assume it was the manager. She continued to follow me. However, when I picked up the candle I planned on buying and held onto it as I continued to walk around the store browsing- the manager said that I was not allowed to hold onto the item and that she had to hold onto it until I was ready to make the purchase. She followed me around the store while holding the candle until I was done. I was humiliated. This woman made me feel like a complete low life that would steal. I have always been a loyal customer and would frequently buy dresses or home items and never have I ever had a negative experience, until this particular day. I went to the store yesterday 09/04 to exchange apparel I bought online, I was never greeted, as I shopped, I could barely move due to the amount of clothes I was carrying, nobody ask to start a fitting room. I spend time trying clothes and when I went to the cashwrap to exchange, and I made it clear " I WANT TO EXCHANGE" the cashier just return $500 back to my card, which take 3 to 7 business days for me to see the money back and asked me to spend more money and purchase the clothes, I just wanted to exchange and not spend more money ... the store got a $500 return due to rude and inexperienced, not caring staff. The team that works here is SO fun and lovely!!! Nichole was the one that helped me most of the evening when I was in a FLURRY trying to find last minute outfits for a trip. She stuck with me despite my attempt to try on everything in the store and had SUCH a keen eye picking out the perfect fits for me based on all my needs.
