When I asked the young girl at the 2nd window tonight if the 2nd speaker was working after waiting much longer than usual, she said "yes, if the other cars had their order taken that's because they were their before you". I explained the other cars pulled up AFTER me. She than says well you'll have to go back thru the line for me to take your order. So I did and the same thing happens AGAIN. Finally someone comes on the speaker but its the 1st speaker not the 2nd one and now she struggling to hear my order. Finally she does come to the correct line to take my order and was super sweet. When I pull up to ask the lady what happened she was so kind and basically explained that she didn't realize I was their because she wasn't looking at the camera to notice which car was where. Nonetheless, I mentioned to the 1st young lady that the issue was that she didn't see my car and if just to kind of keep that in my mind for the next customer who might experience the same issue. Her attitude was as if she could careless about the customer service received tonight. The issue could have been resolved if she'd confirm with the lady but even than she seen to be un-bothered at a customer waiting and being dismissed in line for their order. Ordered my daughter a happy meal and then started to order a $6 double cheeseburger combo meal available to me on the app. The lady by the name of Wilay ( I may be spelling that wrong) then begins to tell me that the combo doesn’t come with a drink. I explained to her that the app says it includes a drink. She goes quiet and ignores me and no longer answers. Ignores all of my attempts to get her to answers. So I then drive up to the window where I question Wilay why she was ignoring me and not answering. She didn’t care, she shrugged her shoulders and didnt have anything to say. I asked for the manager Dion who also didn’t seem to worried about the rude Wilay. I explained everything to him again and had to start the order over because Wilay had erased the order as if it hadn’t happened. Dion smirked and took my order. He never questioned Wilay or asked her why she acted the way she did. I then go to the picked up window and still had to repeat my order because it was incorrect again. Read moreParked my 18 wheeler at drop off location 2 blocks away. Hadn't eaten in 12 hours. Saw Mickey D's and got excited. Walked down there and went inside. I immediately realized it was drive thru only. I attempted to get their attention over the counter and they clearly tried their best to ignore me in hopes that I'd walk away. I spoke once again and raised my hand like a first grade and politely, with a smile asked, may i walk thru the drive through since i can't pull in with an 18 wheeler. The apparent acting supervisor continued to blatantly ignore my while the other 2 stared like lost sheep. Finally after speaking directly to the manager or whatever she was, she simply shook her head no. Then the other employee said yeah they'll get in trouble serving someone on foot in the drive through. I left. Moral of the story though, teach your people to not act like farm animals and speak intelligently to other human beings. And what in God's name is going on with people and all their bs rules these days? Hell, take my order anyway cause I'm clearly hungry and wanna give you my money. And take the damn masks off too.
