The best sushi happy hour in Coral Springs, I promise šŸ£šŸ± #fyp #sushi #thanksgivingeve #happyhour

Saiko-I has swiftly become a premier destination for those seeking both exceptional hibachi and world-class sushi. While the hibachi tables and entrĆ©es are the restaurant's centerpiece, the sushi, crafted by Chef George Deniga and his team, is truly outstanding and rivals the best omakase experiences. Chef Deniga is joined by Richard Huang, formerly of KIKO in Plantation and the original chef at Casa Sensei in Fort Lauderdale, adding an additional layer of expertise to the menu. Beyond sushi and hibachi, Saiko-I’s happy hour is a highlight, offering exceptional value and quality. The new Parkland location, created by Tina and Jason of the Unisolo Group, offers the same outstanding food and service as the West Boca establishment but in a completely reimagined and stunningly renovated space. The former Koto Hibachi location has been transformed into a warm, stylish restaurant featuring elegant wooden accents and a cozy yet spacious ambiance. The restaurant balances modern sophistication with comfort, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. The menu is as diverse as it is high-quality, featuring fresh sushi, flavorful hot appetizers, and meticulously prepared kitchen entrĆ©es. While the bar at this location is smaller and does not face the outdoors, it offers a cool, air-conditioned retreat perfect for escaping the summer heat. For those who enjoy dining al fresco, a few outdoor tables are available, providing a relaxed evening atmosphere. With its world-class sushi, captivating hibachi experiences, and welcoming ambiance, Saiko-I Parkland is poised to become one of the top sushi and Asian restaurants in the Coral Springs/Parkland area. Be sure to visit during happy hour or grab a seat at the sushi bar for an unforgettable dining experience.

This restaurant popped up on my instagram so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the drunken pasta and as you can see the noodles were stuck together so they weren’t sauced properly. The shrimp were overcooked noodles had no flavor it was very bland and drunken noodles are normally spicy but this one had no spice what so ever. It was by far one of the worse pastas I’ve ever had. Moving on to the fried rice. Some parts of it had burned rice it tastes burned and it tasted like straight soy sauce. We told them make it spicy and it was extra mild. We are very disappointed because this restaurant did not deliver good tasting food. We ended up not eating I so a little over $40 wasted.

My family and I saw this restaurant online and since it was located in our neighborhood we decided to give it a try. We arrived at 8:45pm on a Friday night and the place was relatively empty. My family and I thought that was weird considering that the restaurant adjacent to them was filled to capacity with a long line waiting outside. We sat down and within a few minutes our waiter OAK came to the table. Her demeanor was very rude and aggressive. She was very loud and impatient. She rushed us through ordering and when we asked for a minute she immediately came back over where she continued to rush our order. When the soup and salad came out she plopped them down on our table and proceeded to yell out other orders across the room to the chef. When the hibachi chef came over he was very nice. He read back our order and began to cook our food. We noticed that the prices were high and portions were very small compared to the other Japanese Steakhouses that we have gone to. Within 5 minutes after the chef left from cooking our food, the restaurant was completely empty and about 6 of the buss boys began cleaning up the entire restaurant. Sweeping, Mopping, and Spraying down the tables while we were eating. Oak passed by and asked if we wanted to take our food to go. We said yes and she came over dropped the to go boxes on our table and began to process our bill on her wireless POS machine. She quickly ran through the order, charged our card , and never came back to give us a receipt. My husband went to get the receipt and after leaving we realized that we were charged for drinks that we didn’t receive. Although the ambiance is nice, the price for the food portions and service was not up to par. We’re a family of four and regardless of the party size they automatically charge 20% gratuity. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. By the lack of patronage that they have, I see why! We did personally tip the Hibachi Chef a great tip because he was the best part of the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sakoi sushi restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. It truly added to the overall dining experience. The staff at Sakoi deserve all the praise they can get. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire evening. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. The chef at the dinner show was outstanding, putting on a show as he cooked our food right in front of us. It was such a unique and enjoyable experience, especially for my kids who were amazed by his skills. Speaking of the food, it was truly amazing. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection and had such incredible flavors. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented. The drinks were also a highlight, expertly made and packed a punch. It was evident that the staff takes pride in their work and truly cares about the quality of the food and drinks they serve. The whole experience at Sakoi was top-notch and easily deserving of a 5-star review. My family and I had a fantastic time and we cannot wait to come back for more. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and entertaining dining experience. Thank you, Sakoi, for an...
