Nutrition Smart took over the well-known Tunie's space at Heron Lakes, north of Westview Dr.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comprehensive selection of kosher wines, cholov Israel cheese, shor habor meats, and pas Israel bakery.

When I'm not in the mood to drive 30 minutes to shop in Boca (either at The Grove or at Aroma), then Nutrition Smart is a no-brainer alternative. All the moreso since Stefanos kosher in Coral Springs is temporarily closing on Jan 27th, 2023. In fact, all the businesses at the corner of Sample & University Dr. are relocating because the land is being redeveloped for apartments. Big Mike's in Tunies is the best Gluten Free bakery and cafe around. Mike is super friendly, patient, and sweet. He does many special requests and always has amazing food. Extremely clean and well organized store. The fruits and vegetables are all organic and they have a mixture of organic and non gmo foods too.
