Starbucks — Restaurant in Coralville

Came in to get a coffee, my usual is a venti pour over Italian roast, i was given excuses like its against our policy to open a bag off the shelf, we are owned by Hy-Vee, let me text my manager while telling me to move aside and wait for a response from their manager since it was the managers day off and that she needed proof that i was served Italian roast at pretty much every other Starbucks i go to in the entire country. I mean paying nearly 4$ for a coffee at Starbucks compared to the 2$ at a truck stop is because i want to be served what i want not whats readily available or convenient for the staff to serve. My husband and I went to Hy-Vee to get groceries after work. Usually I go and get Starbucks after unless they're busy. I didn't see anyone in line so I go over and the two baristas had their backs to me doing whatever they were doing. So I waited patiently because I could see they were doing stuff. It was 3:55pm

Finally the one looks up ROLLS HER EYES at me and sighed and looked at her watch. I'm assuming based on that they close at 4 but I didn't see that anywhere. And according to the website they close at 8.

There are some great young staff members at this location. The only thing that I would recommend is that they not close up too early. I showed up around 7:15PM on a Monday and they closed at 8:00. I asked for a drink and a couple of pumpkin loaves warmed. The girl proceeded to tell me that she had already cleaned and shut down the microwave so basically I was out of luck.
