Zuko's Pizza — Restaurant in Coraopolis

Ok so I've done lots of business with this place good steak salads, lost me on the sub par pizza and Anthony Jr's is across the street and it don't compare in the least. Tonite I call and get hung up on the first time, call back and had to spell my name out cause they couldn't hear. Order wings buffalo garlic parmesan and French fries for pick up get home and the wings are just garlic parmesan. Call them up to a guy answering who says what I can't hear you??? Exactly. I explain these wings are not what I ordered and get the response "OK so what do you want to do bring them back"? Yeah after my ten hour shift at work today id love nothing more then to let my fries get cold and bring back the wings you messed up. Here's what I will do since obviously your customers mean nothing. I'll dump the bottle of Franks I have in the fridge on my wings and I'll never give this company another dime. What should they have said to a customer they served whatever they choose after hearing whatever they choose to hear. We will bring them right up to you, or can credit you on the next order. I'm a single guy I order out atleast twice a week, this is actually the second time ordering from Zukos this week but after this great experience I have no problem calling big shot bobs or any place in coraopolis, after all a dozen wings and French fries cost 15.38. Nice people. But their Hawaiian pizza has a scant amount of ham and pineapple on it. Fox's Pizza is more generous with the toppings.

I just caught up with your reply to my review. "Should have called and said something?" I stood at your counter and said something to your face. In fact, I said, "This is pretty light on the ham and pineapple, don't you think?" And the guy behind the counter, who I think was the owner, he certainly wasn't a kid, shrugged. Usually, a customer makes a comment like that and it gets fixed. But you shrugged.

As for naming a competitor, that's actually meant to help people find a decent Hawaiian pizza: specificity (like naming where you can get a decent pie), goes a long way to doing that. If you want better ratings make a better pizza and communicate with your customers.

If you're going to respond to my review with a "Thanks for your feedback" it doesn't help to backhand me by criticizing my honest appraisal and giving a point of comparison with a competitor's pizza with your last comment. I would've been more impressed if you asked me to come in for a complimentary pizza done right. Better yet, you might want to order a Hawaiian pizza from Fox's and let me know what you learned.

I surfed the wed for Fis and h sandwiches near me. I found Zuko's, and there sandwiched were $8.25, revised in 2024. I got to the store and they charged me about $24.00. I asked why and they said look at the wall. I asked why was the wed not updated and are ou going to honor the web price. She said no. I still ordered because there was no time to go anywhere else.
