⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem Worth Every Bite!

We were camping at the KOA just around the corner and decided to stop here after seeing all the glowing Google reviews — and wow, we’re so glad we did! This little diner tucked inside a gas station completely exceeded our expectations.

The diner was clean, spacious, and inviting. We were greeted right away and told to sit wherever we liked, so we chose a cozy booth. Our waitress that evening, Deserae, was absolutely wonderful — so kind, personable, and attentive. The menu was surprisingly creative, offering everything from burgers and sandwiches to pizza, salads, platters, and even Mac & Cheese bowls.

Deserae recommended the Pineapple Express Burger, their most popular, so I had to try it (paired with crispy onion rings). My husband ordered the Money Mac Smasher, their newest burger creation, along with the highly praised Bologna fries. We both had blackberry lemonades, and every single thing was delicious!

Deserae suggested we come back for breakfast — so we did! The next morning, we were greeted by Whitney, who was just as sweet and attentive. Breakfast was every bit as good as dinner, with plenty of unique options. My husband enjoyed a hearty bacon platter (with sausage and corned beef hash) and a Tub’s Signature coffee, while I went for the one-of-a-kind Beef Cakes — a bacon, egg, and cheese cheeseburger pancake stack! It was unlike anything I’ve ever had, and it was amazing. My Caramel Craze coffee was the perfect pairing.

To top it off, Deserae came in while we were finishing breakfast and remembered us from the night before — we instantly felt like locals.

This place is truly a hidden gem that deserves every bit of its praise. The food, the people, and the atmosphere all make it a spot worth going out of your way for. We’ll absolutely be stopping here again anytime our travels bring us through this area. Huge thanks to both Deserae and Whitney for making us...

This place is located where krystals used to be...the place was clean the workers where very nice the service was good...they have good burgers...although the buns could have been a little softer...we just wanted some burgers...but the waitress said fries come with the burgers...the fries where seasoned fries some people like those but I don't like them that much...kyrstals in london ky had changed there fries for awhile and started useing those but I'm glad they went back to there fries like befor...my friend got lemonade it was good I got raspberry lemonade it was good also...she said they mix it there I guess it's homemade ...it had a good taste to it...I like crinkle cut fries or regular fries..but I don't care much for seasoned fries...and it was a bit on the expensive side...we went to KFC and ate cheaper a few days after eating here and KFC can cost you perty good to eat there.....me my girlfriend and my daughter and her boyfriend and her kids went here...so it's hard to eat anywhere real cheap that's for sure...but we could have ate cheaper at David's or kfc...in fact we did at KFC a few days later...but other than the fries and the price being a bit on the high side...the food is good here...if our fries had been crinkle cut fries or even regular fries I would have gave a...

Never judge a book by its cover! My husband and I were on a bike ride - and as we were passing thru Corbin, KY, we started looking at places to stop and eat. I stumbled upon Jon Evan’s Jacks - it was a place I had never heard of but they had a 4.8 rating and their reviews were amazing! I knew this was a place we had to try. When we pulled in - we both became a bit skeptical because the restaurant is inside of an old gas station. But don’t let that fool you or deter you from going inside. The restaurant itself, is clean and welcoming. The service was top notch and the food was10/10! If I had one recommendation- order the Bologna Fries! You won’t be sorry! The server told us that they rely on their Google reviews and word of mouth for service. I can only imagine the business they would draw if their restaurant was in a different location. We can’t wait to go back and try more...
