Horrible customer service! I ordered four(4) Chalupa Box Value Meals plus one(1) order of Taco Bell's new "Steak Rattlesnake Fries" at their drive thru window. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier "Jasmine H.", said to us: "I am sorry, but we're out of Value Meal Boxes. Don't worry, we improvised a solution." Then this Taco Bell cashier struggles to hoist out of their drive thru window a very large semitransparent plastic bag and then hands it off to me -- at which point, I had to give it to my brother sitting in the front passenger seat. Would you believe that these ridiculously stupid and insensitive Taco Bell employees working at the Cordele, Georgia Taco Bell location (there is only one Taco Bell location within the city of Cordele FYI), refused to individually bag all four(4) Chalupa Value Meal Boxes for our family?! They could not have given a flying fig about this huge inconvenience of placing all of the food items from four(4) Chalupa Value Box Meals into one large plastic bag! Nevermind the fact that everything was just lumped together in a disorganized, haphazard assembly with our taco chips all scattered around the base of this large plastic bag! Nevermind the fact that I walked into the store of the Cordele, Georgia Taco Bell location and publicly complained about being treated this way as a customer after I had just spent $25 dollars in their drive thru window, their management on duty at the time could have cared less about making this right! They were rather glib and sanctimonious about my issue and said snarkly, "Our delivery truck doesn't arrive until 2 AM. You're welcome to wait until then for your Chalupa Value Meal Boxes." And then all of their grossly incompetent and acutely unprofessional hourly associate employees along with their obnoxious female store manager, clucked away at my family as we stood there in shock and disbelief that we were being treated this poorly -- these Taco Bell employees behaved like old hens and all of them laughed at the major inconvenience that they had just created with my $25 order placed in their drive thru window, just 5 minutes earlier. I promised these employees and their store manager that this piss poor 😡 customer service 😠 experience would be shared on social media and that I would contact Taco Bell customer relations along with their franchise owner to see if these outlets and entities could motivate them to operate by...
Read moreJust went to this place. Ordered food thru the drive thru but they forgot a cheese quesadilla. So we went inside and they made the missing one. We were traveling and decided to eat at their outside patio. As we were eating the locked the doors to the lobby. This was around 7:40 pm but their road sign said their lobby was open until 10. They seemed to be letting guests in at that point but by their approval. So when my 12 year old daughter went to the door to use the restroom, they didn't open the door for her. So then my girlfriend went to the door and a worker came and opened the door, she asked if my daughter could use the bathroom, he said he had to check and came back and said no! Now the entire time people were in their lobby, including the managers brother who was enjoying a free beverage (he said as much when I was getting my missing quesadilla). And again as soon as another customer came to the door they were welcomed in. I then called and asked why the lobby was locked and was told that their new lobby hours were until 8 PM even though I was calling them at 7:53. Read moreI am not one to do these surveys but I have never left a restaurant of any caliber so shocked and appalled. When I walked in the manager, Vanessa was yelling at the young cashier about some money missing the girl was clearly shaken and trying to explain what happened. I was just standing there with my daughter watching until another manager or employee asked them to go to the back leaving us standing there still waiting to have our order taken. When the cashier returned she was upset and started counting her register. After she was done our order was finally taken. Vanessa offered no help or apology to up but continued barking orders in a very unprofessional manner including telling another girl to stop the order. In her words she said that "No order goes over 3 min". I waited for my food for 9 min, not including the train wreak prior to my order being taken. To add insult to injury my daughter's fries were half full and my burrito was a mess and missing sour cream. Again, I do not like doing these surveys but something should be done about this woman. She needs to revisit management training as nothing that happened on this visit...
