Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Cordele

I came into Chick-fil-A at 1711 E 16th Ave Cordele, GA 31015 United States At 3pm on my road trip. We stop at Chick-fil-A because it's NORMALLY the best. At the counter there's a "new" girl logged at Kadarious who is alone and doesn't know what she's doing. She asked me 3 times what I wanted and interrupted to say sorry I'm not ready. Which whatever. I order and my order is IMMEDIATELY given to me. When we pick up the order we notice we were charged for a spicy Chx sandwich as well. I tell staff and a blondish red head female with glasses in a green shirt assumed manager of sorts?? (didn't get her name but she was RUDE so that's why I'm describing her) and explain another 3 times I was overcharged. They ask for my card to refund it and then I tell said glasses girl "don't take this wrong but she probably shouldn't be on register. She has no idea what she's doing" and said glasses girl said "uh she's training" then another employee hands me my card rolls her eyes and turns around. No one said sorry. No one said have a good day except for me lol and Everyone was RUDE. I understand training. I've trained and done things wrong BUT someone should STAND WITH THE POOR GIRL AND ACTUALLY TRAIN HER????? Don't just throw her to the wolves and then get snarky with me when she messes up. This was a HORRIBLE experience and the manager needs to address their staffs bad attitude problems. It's Overrated. Sorry but really hate the overall thing starting from service and quality of food. The staff at the counter was busy talking to her friends just overlooking me pretending she is busy with them. She never greeted me while I approached her without getting any welcome from that end. Specifically ordered two sandwich meal and she did wrong with one not making that meal and asked me to pay extra for the fries to add, also she started acting smart that it was my fault. I was about to give 0 star bit somehow she managed that served meal for both. But the quality of sandwiches were horrible. I never had that bad chicken sandwich anywhere including other chick fill a. I think the huge feedback are not all genuine compared to low feedback count for other restaurants near by. Definitely I won't recommend, if this restaurant is almost 5 star with that quality then I am afraid there is seriously some other...

When we pulled in here on a road trip the day before Thanksgiving and I saw 25-30 people ahead of me in line, I was thinking maybe we'd have to leave and grab lunch at a less busy place. Yet I was ordering at the cash register in 5 minutes and our food came 5 minutes after that! Both the person who took my order and gave me our food were lovely to me and, while efficient, did not make me feel like they were rushing me along to "get me out of the way." Even in an absolutely packed fast food establishment at a quick road stop, I felt like a person here, not a number. It was a pleasant surprise to a girl coming from a city where everyone in food service makes it clear they couldn't care if you lived or died 😂 And of course, the food was perfect.
