When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest gentleman name Brandon. He was very attentive to our requests. That was the end of our pleasant experience. We were the only ones in the establishment for at least the first 15 minutes. It wasn’t for an additional 30 minutes that we got our food. The food was wrong, as well as cold and clearly never heated, when it was a hot sandwich. Our Italian had a small sliver of pepperoni and when we asked about the sandwich being wrong, the guy on the food line dug through the sandwich with his hands not wanting to make a new one. We requested to be reimbursed. The “boss” was incredibly rude, pushy and condescending to Brandon. Brandon was working hard to get the trash out, fill the ice, stock the chips, wipe the tables and doing anything he saw needed to be done. It’s ashame when an establishment has workers who are rude and make situations uncomfortable for their guests. Perhaps, the CookOut across the street could be a more pleasant place for hard workers, such as Brandon.
Edited to add: after finishing my drink, which had to be filled behind the counter due to the front drink machine being broken, there were 2 flies in my cup… my pepperoni that wasn’t provided would have been a preferred way to...
Read moreLove Firehouse Subs and was excited to stop in on the way back home south GA but it was a pretty regrettable experience. The service was extremely slow even though there was only one more group of 4 in the store at the time. They had an issue where one of their subs didn’t even come out hot- it was completely cold- and they had to wait another 15 mins for it to be redone. My sub was completely wrong altogether with the wrong bread and wrong toppings but I didn’t want to wait again so I just ate it anyways. Then, a few more people came into the store while we were eating and after waiting for a while with no help at the front at all, they just gave up and left completely without ordering. Another couple came in at the end asking for two brisket sandwiches, after which were told they were out of brisket altogether and had to get refunds. Oh and none of the workers really cared to address anything or apologize at all…they couldn’t have cared less about how badly things were going. Just beware…this store has slow service, poor service, and not much going for it in general. Sad because I’ve never experienced this at any other store before. Lots needing to be...
Read moreThis is by far the worst firehouse sub I have ever been too! The professionalism is not there at all. One of the workers came in with an attitude. The people that were already there didn’t great us as we walked in the door, I went to the counter to order she just looked at me, once I started saying what I wanted she put her gunfire up and walked away from the register. The manager or whoever he was had no sense of care in the world. It was just sad. This a new restaurant in a place that needs variety, but the owners aren’t going to be professional and hire people that are professional… what’s the point! Firehouse is to expensive to have to deal with rude and disrespectful people. I will never go back and I’d advice anyone else to never go! I’d rather give my money to McDonald’s where I know respect lacks, but Im only paying a dollar for my burger! You get what you pay for and at that firehouse that just not the case! This franchise needs to do a deep review on this franchise owner! He is not a good representation of Firehouse per Facebook post I’ve seen, as well as the experience I had personally with the...
